My employee was trespassed off the property when he went to ask to change rooms because there was water on the bathroom floor. The desk clerk insisted he wear a mask to enter the lobby. When he went into the lobby with a mask on the desk clerk was not wearing his mask over his nose. When my employee asked him to put his mask on correctly he was trespassed from the site. I want my money back!

Service was bad, room was dirty and the carpet smells like animal pee. The tv was out dated and making a lot of noise when turn it on. I checked out and went to another hotel.

Rude front desk employee! First room did not work with the key had to go back down to the lobby and advise the rude front desk girl, Was given a different room, To my surprise the key actually worked. The room was horrible, hard uncomfortable bed, vanity light didn’t work, toilet bowl lid was cracked, outdated TV with about five working channels. Definitely do not recommend! Windows have a sheer white curtain and no drape to cover the window!

Service ok. Room not clean- dead roach in the room. Safety lock on room door broken. Hotel had security on premises, who had to walk the hotel floors. Did not stay the night, left to another hotel. Hotel not good...

For starters when I entered the lobby I thought boy oh boy the room is gonna be horrible because the lobby was hot and dirty, but to my surprise the room was decent and by decent I mean that I would be able to make it for the nights I was booked there for. However, the carpet was not cleaned, there was dust on the curtains, the floor lamp was rusty and there were water marks on the ceiling. There was no do not disturb sign so when workers pass by they knock hard on the door and shout, "You need service?" They don't even wear uniforms. I gave one worker a bag of garbage to throw away and she rudely pointed in the direction of the garbage can outside for me to do it myself. If you can afford a better hotel don't go here. For approx $80 a night there was no flat screen TV and the old school model had the basic of cable and I mean like CNN and local channels. Won't be going back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
This was the worst place I’ve stayed and I will NEVER go back, I didn’t sleep well, there were people walking by and talking loudly, the room smelled, there were rusty furnishings, overall it was horrible and I would’ve left as soon as I opened the door and saw the ripped curtain but it was a non-refundable booking.

Ok overall. Very convenient close to most amenities restaurants gas stations. Price was very steep compared to holiday located right beside. I booked on line but walked in to holidayvinn and rates was most $ 25 lees and included breakfast.

The building is very old, the room smelled moldy. The room just looked old and dirty. I did not end up stating there. The pictures online are not the same as the rooms. The service person at the reception desk was nice.. but overall that place wasn't what i was expecting.

The place is generally just "tired" and becoming run down. It seemed relatively clean, but holes in the wall, etc. made the appearance less than convincing. A coffee pot would have been nice!

The guy at the front desk was the only good part about my experience. The property itself was really, really run down. My door handle was falling off, the grounds & landscaping were shabby, there were fruit flies all over my room, the furniture was tattered, the WiFi was weak. I checked in, worked at a local restaurant, came back, slept and left as soon as I could.

The pictures are not even close to how disappointing the reality of the stink in the rooms, the dirty carpets, the soiled furniture, the deteriorated facilities.If it wasn’t such a quick turnaround overnight stay I would have called Orbitz to complain and ask for a refund to stay at almost any other hotel in the area. I almost never complain on reviews but this place was unforgivable.

Disappointing
Arrived after dark so I did not see the outside of the building that's falling apart. The lobby was not clean, very unprofessional staff. Long walk to the room in dark corridor, chairs in the room were dirty, just bad overall. Was very sad. Nothing like the pictures.

This is the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Mold in celings...damaged walls and lamps, stained tub i couldn't even bathe in, door had crack i could see light coming in. Dirt all over halls, some doors had no locks and looked abandoned. Took pictures! Cant believe i paid over $160 for it. How could u have this property in u colldction. I want my money back!
