Good hotel close to airport and interstate roads

Good hotel, but in need of some upgrades, specifially the bathrooms. Cleaning services was excellent and timely.

Pros: nothing in particular.
Cons: free shuttle should be given to the cruise terminal.
Location: boring.
no places to eat and drink nearby. not a good place to shop and walk around.

Relaxing after a long flight

Having just landed from a flight from UK the Sheraton was a tranquil and relaxing haven. We had a very comfortable night, the bed was fabulous. They could make some improvements to the buffet breakfast but overall great.

Great staff, hotel rooms club level were old, need updating, smelled off. Door didn't lock unless you pulled shut. Came home one evening and door pushed open, the maid hadn't pulled it shut. It was unlocked. Electricity in bathroom went out while I was blow drying my hair. Had to finish in another hotel room.

the hotel is right on. everything is just on point. not the four seasons, but really nice and clean. have all the amenities and faculties. stuff is great and attentive. bar is working until 1:30am, which is good. it is great for business travel.

Disappointing place to stay

Pros: Room was okay
Cons: Quality and pricing of restaurant food
Location: Location is terrible, with other restaurants and things to do, a good 20 minute walk away
The only positive is that it is close to the airport. The hallways were dirty with carpet lifting in several locations. The hot tub was green, pool clarity was questionable. The buffet breakfast was very expensive and food was barely warm. No fridge in room and they charge for local calls.

Pros: Value
Cons: The rooms need updating.
Location: Very close to the airport and cruise terminal, all within 10 minutes or less. It is about 30 minutes to Miami South Beach.
We stayed one night pre-cruise. The staff at the hotel was excellent from the front desk, concierge to the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the staff were good. Food was much better than expected as well.

Clean,smart hotel .breakfast was expensive and not value for money.not near any other amenities.
