Nice Place to Wait for a New Flight

Pros: The pool and jacuzzi are tucked behind the hotel and surrounded by trees. Helps you forget you're stuck at the airport.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi. Duh.
Missed my flight out of Miami and had to wait two days for another flight. I picked this hotel over the other airport hotels because it had a nice pool and jacuzzi and because the rate seemed so low compared to other hotels nearby. Beware, once you add in the nightly charges for parking and Wi-Fi, it doesn't seem like such a bargain anymore.

Pros: Service desk staff was very understanding and helpful
Cons: Free parking
Exhorbitant parking fees, room key would not function properly when trying to enter or exit parking lot and room, exorbitant food prices, had to request cleaning of room.

The room was ok. I had to call twice to resolve clog tub. The hallways smell of urine. I guess there were children sleeping on the floor I stayed. I won't go back to hotel.

Overnight before morning flight

Employees efficient. Would have ranked higher but they were not that friendly. In one corner of our room (410) there was a wet spot on the carpet about 3ft by 3ft. Didn't notice until settled in and took shoes off. We were so tired from our trip we didn't want the hassle of switching rooms so just felt with it.

Very clean and comfortable. Did not have the chance to enjoy facilities. Stayed only one night. I could return. Least peasant: hosts at the front desk.

Pros: Very convenient to FLL/Hollywood airport and I-95.
Cons: Need to add HBO to TV programming.

Hotel is nice. Nothing spectacular. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Large pool area if you're looking for that.

Nice hotel...a little worn out though

The hotel is not very far from grocery stores and other attractions considering the fact its near the airport,however one or two of the staff are very unfriendly there especially the old lady with blonde hair. The bar and fire iron grill staff are very friendly. Room service staff need to improvise on their manners and etiquette. Food is very nice and tasty Tip : Try the herb grilled chicken breast with asparagus... its just fantastic.

The hotel was close enough to the airport to have free shuttle which was good. Although takes forever to get picked up. The hotel is seriously OLD. Room smells musky- Sink and shower is horrible. No water pressure either. Maids are very loud in the morning.. Knocks on the door even with "do not disturb" sign on the outside.. I assume they think you left it on the door. But I was actually sleeping in.. very loud and non English- Fort Lauderdale is amazing the city is so much fun. Very disappointed in the Sheraton.- Will not refer or stay again.Thanks .

Faulty fire alarm

Cons: Parking should be included in your room rate.
Location: cruiseport.
The fire alarm went off not once, but twice while we were trying to sleep. The next morning the alarm went off again while we were having breakfast. No apologies were given by the hotel for the inconvenience.
