A welcome overnight stay.

Great hotel at very reasonable rates. They couldn't have been nicer. They even had their shuttlebus follow us to turn in our rental car late at night and being us back to the hotel so we could catch an early-morning flight.

Will not stay here again. Hotel is very run down and not comfortable. Only positive was it is close to airport and cruise port.

Nice hotel, but not close enough to shops or beach

Pros: Quiet.
Cons: Let us know if your shuttle makes regular scheduled trips to mall area.
Location: Location not good for those who like to walk to mall. This was a business district/plaza. Was not in the site description during my search.
The hotel experience was excellent. I enjoyed the stay. Wish I could have been allowed to order small meals. A kids meal would have been ideal size for me. Not close enough to shopping mall. Beach too far away & cost too much to travel. Did not realize hotel shuttle costs were so high.

Pros: Location and friendliness of staff
Cons: Maybe some updating to the facility
Location: The property provides a shuttle to near- by attractions that appears to be very well run and thought out. Did not seem to be walk around friendly.
The staff us just great. Really have to hand it to them. The property is showing its area bit. Could use some updating . No wifi, but had hard wired access. One of the elwvators was chronically ill according to a 2 week stayer I ran into. Also the jacuzzi hit tub was not working - I was told. You can't beat the location as to access to FLL. Great shuttle service that works really well. Again, the staff was really top drawer here.

Traveled for business and was located next to airport. Good location. Not much to do around hotel. Short driving distance to beach. Super friendly staff and good accommodations. Would stay again.

We were there for a funeral and the staff upgraded is to club level. What a wonderful gesture. Beautiful lobby and very clean rooms, free parking.

Nice Place to Wait for a New Flight

Pros: The pool and jacuzzi are tucked behind the hotel and surrounded by trees. Helps you forget you're stuck at the airport.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi. Duh.
Missed my flight out of Miami and had to wait two days for another flight. I picked this hotel over the other airport hotels because it had a nice pool and jacuzzi and because the rate seemed so low compared to other hotels nearby. Beware, once you add in the nightly charges for parking and Wi-Fi, it doesn't seem like such a bargain anymore.

Pros: Service desk staff was very understanding and helpful
Cons: Free parking
Exhorbitant parking fees, room key would not function properly when trying to enter or exit parking lot and room, exorbitant food prices, had to request cleaning of room.

The room was ok. I had to call twice to resolve clog tub. The hallways smell of urine. I guess there were children sleeping on the floor I stayed. I won't go back to hotel.
