In midst of renovationPosted Feb 23, 2014
Beds were amazingly comfortable! Rooms were quiet and clean. I will give them grace though for no outlet or lamps near the beds. Kind of hard to read while in bed. Shower was weak, but rinsed adequately. Overall, they should have lowered prices during the renovation. Kind of pricey for what there was.

Nice hotel but lots of constructionPosted Feb 8, 2014
Cons: Guests should know how adversely the construction hinders your stay. It should be quite nice when completed.
Great check-in. Staff pleasant. At check-out had only one person working. Long delay. The room was nice. Appeared to have been partially renovated. However, wallpaper in bathroom old and pealing. The room phone did not work within the hotel. There was lots of construction on multiple floors, inside and out. Dining area under construction as well

Pros: It allowed my large dog. It was close to a decent, safe walking path for my dog. It was pretty inside.
Cons: Room phones.
Location: Located by I95, Tri-rail tracks, and in take-off flight path for jets. It's close to a corporate park with sidewalks, and a pond.
I was traveling with my 70# boxer, Ellie. The hotel is beautiful inside. It's located very close to the Tri-rail tracks, I95 and in the path of a jet airport. We heard several (small/private) jets taking off which was a little noisy (it made Ellie a little nervous). The hotel is located also near a corporate office park with a pond and sidewalk which Ellie and I took a few walks around and felt safe doing so. Of course dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, so when I tried to order room service, my room phone didn't work. Overall it was ok for our one night stay.

My experiencePosted Dec 28, 2013
Pros: The lobby and the atrium area
Cons: May sure the linen is changed daily. May sure the carpet is cleaned. May sure there is enough towels and face cloths for your guest.
Location: Sheraton Suits Cypress Creek, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The hotel was beautiful, the room layout was great, the front desk staff were excellent. I have two complaints, #1 the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest, a big no, no. The carpet was dirty, need cleaning, there was not enough bath cloths. Luckly I brought my own from home. #2 The use of the internet service cost me an additional $9.00, that was crazy.

Not a bad place to stay...Posted Dec 18, 2013
Pros: Ideal location and lots of space
Cons: repairing the carpet snag by the bathroom would be a improvement
Location: i95 junction = Half a mile away. Plenty of restaurants shops and supermarkets in McNab/Cypress Creek Roads.
This was my 2nd stay here ironically in the same room. Very large with dining area with fridge and microwave this leads to the bathroom then onto the double beds. Nice and quiet and peaceful with a very comfy bed.

The most DISAPPOINTING Sheraton I have stayed atPosted Dec 11, 2013
Pros: nice towels
Cons: almost everything
Location: it's in a bad neighborhood
This hotel "appeared" to be a nice selection, but it really doesn't come close to the Sheraton standards, and I have been a Sheraton customer for many years. The room service is super slow, the cleaning service is awful (shower never got cleaned during our 5 day stay), You have to pay for internet access in the room (yeah I know!)You need to be careful at checkout as they duplicate charges without letting you know. The lobby area is full of strangers (non-guests from surrounding areas), no security whatsoever in the premises, the pool was not clean, neither surrounding areas. Overall, this was our first and last stay at this hotel.

Overall the stay was ok. Beautiful hotel and the front desk staff were friendly. Didn't like being charged for Internet Service that is free at other Sheraton Hotels.

Had a nice suite via Expedia and the rate was goodPosted Dec 5, 2013
Pros: Room was clean and nice and quiet. Staff was good but not great. The breakfast buffet was so-so except fro the coffee. Order from the menu instead.
Cons: Pick up trash, etc. in the halls. We noticed room service trays that had been outside the room for several hours.
Location: Located 1 mile west of I-95, just right for us.
Really enjoyed this hotel. We had a very nice suite and the location is good. Parking after 9 pm is hard to find.

Lobby was nice, room was ok, carpet had stains and room had funky odor.
