We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, just before a cruise. The room was very comfortable, altho the bathroom was a little dated. But the room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable, and that’s all that mattered to us for this trip! There was a 24 hour Walgreens right next door plus Walmart and Dollar Tree within walking distance. There was an Asian restaurant nearby, but other restaurants were 1-3 miles. We would definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice. The fridge in the room made a sound like heavy breathing all night. The air conditioner was very loud. We had wished there were more places around to grab a meal. The pool was clean and we enjoyed an afternoon there, especially the little geckos. As a pre-cruise hotel, we’ll pay a little more next time to be closer to the port and the beach.

I had an issue with the mattress in the room being soiled and the sheets were also dirty, upon checking in. I was told that I did not let front desk know that it was soiled in their “made up time frame”. They offered to give me sheets and linens which I had to collect myself and remake the beds. They did not offer a discount for the night refund, until I asked about it. And we were offered a very small refund which did nothing to the inconvenience caused. They also kept on pushing us to leave when we had alresdy spent all the monies on this hotel and wouldn't have been able to book another accommodation. Also, Elizabeth at the front desk made it seemed like it was about her and what her staff did do or did not do, when it was about us the guests who were dissatisfied with the way the room was upon us checking in and we were only looking for proper satisfaction in this regard. Overall, I give this hotel a 6/10 experience. Ideal location, but customer service especially at front desk needs to be changed.

Although not within walking distance of shopping, Walgreens and a restaurant were nearby. Was able to check luggage at motel while waiting for check-in and was able to check in earlier than expected! The staff were great. They helped us find affordable transportation to Miami ports. They also aided us with finding food nearby. The hotel itself was not as clean as I would have preferred, but it was simply a matter of outdated, not a matter of staff neglect. The breakfast was okay, but mostly cereal and waffles. There weren't even pastries. Overall, it was a safe, quiet place to sleep. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

This property has declined since I used it 2 years ago. The staff at check in was not friendly l, my shower door was almost impossible to open and the “free” breakfast was diminished to just cereal, toast and waffles of which I don’t eat any of. I will never stay there again. And it cost $596 for 2 nights for just myself. Very disappointed.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The only complaint was the bathroom had a moldy smell. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had lots of options. Staff was friendly. We dipped our feet in the hot tub and it was a good temperature but the pool felt cold. Decent place to stay for a night or two.

Very noisy air conditioner, breakfast was minimal. Ice machine barely works, gym looked like it was closed and had just a few machines.
