“Decent, but not great”

“SpringHill Suites Fl”

This hotel was a real surprise the hotel was great and the staff was even better. The deal included a lot of extras which added to the value, a full breakfast, free WiFi and free parking (a big deal especially if you are thinking of a 17th street causeway hotel). A hint that you might find helpful is that the 2 Queen size suite is slightly larger and has more drawers than the King suite. I was very impressed with the staff, they are well trained and very customer friendly.

Area recommendations

Dania is delightful, visit Gramps for Breakfast and Lunch and of course visit Jaxsons Ice Cream Palace. The location is great and you are convenient to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and right on I-95 so you can get anywhere..

“Convenient Location and Friendly Staff!”

We stayed here because I am very comfortable with the Marriot brand and the location described was very convenient to the activities we wanted to participate in while in Florida. The only downside to this location was that it is right on the frontage road to I95 which made the pool experience very loud but other than that it was great! There is a mall with a Kmart and a few shops right across the street plus many great restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff was AWESOME, they always greeted you, gave us great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

“Terrible”

I stay at Springhill Suites all over the country- this was by far the worst of the lot- dirty- and disorganized. The elevator service was horrendous- and at one point the operating panel was wide open with a tool box on the floor,,and guest coming and going with no maintenance person on site.Stay Away.

“Good Service”

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had an issue with our room key and within minutes the maintenace staff came right up to fix it. The staff there was very helpful. Yes, we would go back.

“Not Impressed”

For a marriott hotel the service was not acceptable. One day they forgot to clean my room. The employees were noisy, talking in a foreign language in the elevators and corridors so loud that you could not speak. The breakfast was a shambles, lots of people in too small an area There was no A/C in the corridors or elevators

“Extremely Happy”

Great hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Curtious. Customer service was outstanding... I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and neat and well set up.
