“Great budget place on the Beach”

The room was clean and comfortable.Location was great. Service was super.Stuff weas friendly.It was free parking and WI-FI. The room even has a kitchen. Furniture needs some update.But this hotel worth the money that I paid. Beach is really close-20 steps. I usually don't post a review. But in this case I'd like to recommend this small family operated motel.

“Ok hotel”

I was disappointed by the fact that the furniture were really old, including the AC an the bed. The rest was good. The hotel is very well located. An experience that was between average and nice.

“Not good”

There was bad smell on the room, hair on the bath floor, air conditioner not able to cool the room, sheets were not clean. I saw a couple of cockroaches.

“Gag”

We shared our living space with dozens of ants, and at least two cockroaches. The deadbolt was broken. The smoke detector was missing from its place on the wall. The linens were thin and scratchy, the water pressure almost non-existant. You can hear everything that happens in the courtyard through the window. It is close to the beach though.

“Hollywood night”

We arrived at Sun & Surf Motel between 3:00 and 4:00 pm, the office was locked. A notice on the office door states if the office is locked you are to call a phone number, but what if you do not have a cell phone. The person that arrived to check us in appeared to not really know what was going on. He picked a room and gave us the key. The room was in much need of repair with old appliances and fixtures etc. but they all worked. The bed appeared clean and was confortable.

dust and mold, and hard to come by staff summarize this hotel that otherwise offers a nice location.

“I would never come back!!”

Awfull hotel conditions. Dirty room, bad service, no towels, no sheets for sofa bed, no pillow for sofa bed. I didn' stay my second paid night.

“Glad it was only 1 night!!”

no parking, fire hazard with 6 plugs in 1 outlet, lock didn't work on door, mold on bathroom floor. I had to fix the chain on the toliet twice kept coming off. Glad it was only for 1 night!!!!
