Safe & you’re directly across from beautiful beach…not one to complain but my only issue was loud dripping shower…staff should not have put anyone in this room until resolved

Let’s be clear, this is a nice enough hotel, but it is NOT a resort. Your $45 resort fee is for a gym and a pool which many hotels have without that fee. In theory you should also get two beach chairs unless it rains in the morning. In our case, the sun came out in the early afternoon and the front desk said we could get chairs at the beach but when we got to the beach the chairs were all locked up. I called and the person who answered I for me that the third party they hire to handle the beach chairs went home and they weren’t coming back. I was told I could call that third party company if I wanted to! Also the spa charges $50 for a day pass to use a tiny hot tub and sauna and it closes at 4:30. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and clean and the ocean view on the balcony is beautiful and Robert the Bell Hop was the nicest person on staff. The restaurant is also good. We had to ask for towels at the pool twice and it generally seemed understaffed.

I was very disappointed when we checked in for our Oceanfront one-bedroom suite and they said we were bumped to a one-bedroom on the side of the hotel due to overbooking. The window in the bedroom was so small, with no view. The living space was also very small, with not much room for our family of four. They did comp the resort fee of $50 but we would have much rather had the room I booked online and paid over $600 for one night. The hotel is very pretty, Not much going on as far as coffee shop or activities, just FYI. Also, the pool is nice, but very small. The bar is nice with great service. I understand that things happen, but this was very disappointing only having one night, and not enjoying the view we expected.

Solo traveler, had a fabulous stay. Got out just in time to avoid the incoming spring breakers to the area. I had a king studio oceanfront, the view was spectacular and the room was huge. Great Libby bar, easy access to the beach, 2 loungers included in resort fee (umbrellas cost extra$). Anka and Carmen were particularly helpful. There is noise from adjoining rooms, my only complaint but I would absolutely stay here again. Oh, I didn’t use the spa but toured it, it looked lovely!

The customer service was excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was wonderful! The location is perfect. I felt safe and the room was very comfortable. I started my day with many others with a long walk right across the street on the boardwalk. The beach is across the street and the hotel provides chairs and towels.

Rooms are in need of refurbishing, showing age. But they are spacious and come with microwave, fridge, cooktop and utensils. Coffee maker is a Nespresso.Staff were great, very helpful. After checkout my husband somehow left his hand luggage behind, they went out of their way to track us down in the taxi on the way to the airport. We are very grateful they did that quickly so we’re able to turn around to get it. Crisis averted because if their quick thinking.

This hotel is a 3 star hotel at best. It is run down and nothing like a spa environment. The only good thing about this property is that the suites are large and boast a full living room and kitchen. There are so many options in this area, I would not stay here again.

When we got to the hotel they had a King bedroom for us instead of the 2 queen beds that were reserved. They proceeded to tell us there were no more queen bedrooms. They told us we could move rooms the next day. There were dirty Q-Tips on the bathroom floor. When we moved rooms the next day, we had to call down to get the room cleaned. When I asked for some compensation for the room mix up, they said they could take the resort fee off for one day!

Property was excellent. I would definitely return. Anything we needed or something needed fixing, they were very quick to respond and always very friendly. Liked the unlimited bottle water available to all guests. Little disappointed they only had one bike to use as they advertise that you can use bikes at any time, but only one was available Front desk very courteous, so was our cleaning person, as well a special shout out to Faustino at the pool deck who catered to everyone’s whims at the pool ! Nice touch to add a pool person to clean, ask for drinks, arrange chairs, etc.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are well decorated and spacious, but the hotel is let down by its customer service.. We were placed in the wrong room, no apology and then told to move the next day with a shrug of the shoulders, as they had double booked our Oceanfront suite the first night. I'm not sure they would have moved us had I not complained! The water was luke warm at best and had to be run for 10 mins to get to lukewarm! It was such a shame as it could be a fabulous hotel with a bit more focus on customer service and some hot water.

We are absolutely thrilled with our vacation at Atlantic resort and spa. The staff was helpful the front desk especially, Ashley, Alicia and Nikita were the best, whatever we need, they were on it quickly, and always with a smile. Loved the free water bottle service they offer at the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean, are made was very nice as well. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return.

It is a super nice boutique hotel located perfectly near shopping and is surrounded by 5 star restaurants. The 5th floor pool overlooking the ocean was wonderful and the overall cleanliness of the facility was fantastic.

Not made aware of the $45 resort fee per day taxes, pet fee $150 per stay, on top of that $140 deposit per day. Other than the location, the hotel is more like a old motel. Stay away from this place. Never again.
