There is nothing boutique about this property. The grounds are poorly kept. Looks nothing like the pictures shown. The rooms are basic. I had a mini table in my room with cigarette burns on it so nasty. Would never stay here again. Not worth a dime.

First impression walking into office, was not impressed. Our room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. The “court yard” small and dingy. Location was great, walkable to beach and bars.

First time here. Good: great location to beach, bars, and food. The help was courteous. Bad: almost zero water pressure in bathroom, the bed was very firm and rolled to the middle, There is construction across the road, even on Saturday morning. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything.

Dirty as hell!!! My shower was moldy, room smelled like chemicals, with all the air freshener they sprayed upon my check in. I would never stay here again, the “owners” or employees all live here it seems, parking was impossible, the workers parked in the entrance of the hotel so you literally had to squeeze between a minivan and bushes to get to your room lol. A real joke! The beach was close so that was cool but other than that, lesson learned with these cheap roach motels…

No WiFi the entirety of my stay, not well stocked with the things like towels and wash clothes or hair dryer. I had to go ask for one they hold them up at the office. No one was ever there to assist. And yes it has bugs! Never staying there again!

We stayed at this quaint little place 5 years ago. It was clean, had coffee pots in the rroms, glasses to drink out of and soft fresh towels. The garden area was a nice place to sit. This time, the room was not as clean and the bathroom had mold around the floor. Each night there were drunk people arguing and yelling until 2 and 4 in the morning. The towels were a little rough and no coffee pot or glasses. The garden area was a little to be desired. The hotel staff were as polite as they could be with what was happening. We will not be back.

There are only about eight parking spaces. The chances of getting one a very slim when we arrived at 3 PM there was four cars waiting for a parking spot. We ended up paying $50 to park our car overnight at the hotel next-door.

There was 11 parking spaces for 22 units. Additional parking was over two blocks away if you couldn't find any street parking. There was no ice machine. The room smelled of a disinfectant, windows didn't open to get rid of smell.

My observations are based on a stay during spring break. I thought there might be a problem when reading a notice at reception warning guests about unruly behavior. This was prophetic as during the night it sounded as if WWIII had started. The room was spartan.

I have never left a negative review for a hotel before but I can’t not say something about my stay. When we got there, the first thing we see is a cockroach coming out of the chair in the room. The fridge has grunge on the front so I am not sure how much the room has been cleaned. There is no Kleenex in the room or cups so we had to save a cup from Starbucks instead. Later, I killed another cockroach in the bathroom and 2 flies. On another note, Wi-Fi was so spotty, I had trouble just doing a simple search. Lastly, when they “cleaned” the room, they left an empty water bottle on my side table. Why do you put garbage in the room when you are cleaning it? I had booked two nights and couldn’t cancel the second night so I had the worst sleep thinking that cockroaches were going to crawl on me as I slept. And one more weird thing, my TV randomly turned on in the middle of the night. I think another guest must have turned on their TV and ours turned on as well. So bizarre to wake up that way. Don’t stay here unless you absolutely have no other options.

The first room they place us in had a non working tv. We were moved to another room quickly. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. Room was ok but bed was hard and sheets were rough. Good location, but loud high rise construction across the street. Trash was piled up in the courtyard when we arrived. good value for location.

It was a nice, clean place to stay. The beds are rough and the rooms are little but you get what you pay for, especially considering other areas. It’s also a very quick walk to the strip and beach where there are so many restaurants and shops!! It’s an easy in and out, we walked everywhere and so much of what you need is within distance! Highly recommend this place.

They put some perfume or something in the room to offset the mold problem. My allergies are horrible now. My wife took a shower. 5 minutes after walking around on the floor her feet were black. It's sad. So much potential here but it is managed horribly wrong is my guess. At least we saw no bugs.

1. Our check in experience was very bizarre. They didn’t take my license to verify it was me. As we entered the courtyard there was a strong smell of gas. 2. We walked into our room and the room was very humid and “musty” smelling. Mildew was found on the bed skirts and random hairs were in the shower. 3. No washcloths and no hairdryer. 4. The beds were hard as rocks, it was like sleeping on a “park bench” 5. The air condition. You were either freezing or blazing. There was no way to control it. And mostly we were freezing, but we didn’t have any covers expect the comforter for the bed that had various sketchy stains in it. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!

The pictures on the website are very misleading. The exterior shot is probably the most accurate pic. Room was definitely adequate for my reason for staying but they looked nothing like the pictures. Makes sense why i received such a good price. Overall, would stay there again. Great location. Jist update the pics

The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to the beach and to any restaurant near by. However the property itself was not worth the money. There was 2 roaches in our room, one went up my husbands arm as we were sleeping and the other was under my pillow. The outside patio is not in the best shape and this is a shame because the location is ideal. I will not be staying here again.

Clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to beach. Room is basic. Could have more mirrors, storage (dresser/luggage racks) Although it is clean…it could use small touch ups ( grout, small paint chipping) nothing major!! Great value in my option.

The property is a little more bare bones than I expected but location can’t be beat and it still has its art deco charm. Bathroom was nicely remodeled. Also they had beach chairs and towels to borrow. Right by the beach!
