Very Disappointed. Would not recommend.

Pros: Not a thing.
Cons: Friendlier employees with more of a concern for their guests.
Location: There is nothing nearby.
I was very disappointed with the Forum. The hotel is a converted hospital, and possibly a psych ward with the additional locked entry ways to your room. At check in, we were told that the printer was broken, and we basically had to sign on a piece of paper that we would not smoke or bring alcohol on the premises. So if you like to have some drinks at a hotel while on vacation, skip this hotel, or you will be charged 250. The explanation was that there is a day care business also in the building, as well as Law Offices. Say what? Oh, and there are literally no restaurants or shopping places even remotely close to this place. The first night in the room was ok, and that's because we didn't get in until 2:00 AM, and basically only slept there that night. The second night, we had just got back to the hotel after a LONG day on the beach, etc. We were all tired and wanted to take a nice hot shower. Guess what? No hot water. We called the front desk, and the guy came to our room and looked for himself, and asked "Did you all take long hot showers?" I said that we had just got back from being out all day. He said that he would contact maintenance. That was the last we had heard from anyone until morning. We all needed showers, so we all took miserable cold showers. It was ridiculous. We could have had a nice hot shower at the Motel 6 for much cheaper Almost out of allowed characters and have much more to say.Bottom line.Find a different hotel. Horrible experience

Good on the wallet

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Location, price, parking
Cons: Room facilities, Wi-Fi performance, breakfast
Location: Accessible from 95
The Forum is an unusual experience, you need to know that you're staying in a religious headquarters with accommodation. The room is pretty basic, the Wi-Fi was not operating and the breakfast is Spartan, self-served into plastic cups and plates and consisting of cereals, bagels and coffee, no sugar. But it has fee parking and is inexpensive.

Thank you for the review. We are a non-profit run facility. The breakfast is free and we always provide sugar.

Outdated.

Has the feel that it was a former hospital. Not what the pictures display. It's not near much regarding local amenities. Must have a car.

Thank you for the feedback. All pictures are taken of current rooms. We are 2 miles from major local amenities such as the beach, restaurants and hotpots.

Not good, one to avoid.

Posted Mar 22, 2015
My wife son and I were on a Forida road trip for March break. Avoid this hotel, outdated everything, the furniture was chipped and old. Windows were dirty. Bathroom too rudimentary and tatty to compromise on. Worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in. To cap it all, you have to sign a waiver that you will not drink alcohol in your room! No mention of this from Expedia when I booked that I can remember.

Thank you for the review and feedback. The non-alcohol policy is on all third party sites, on our website and on all of our marketing material. We also give every guests who walks in the door an opportunity to not sign the waiver if you disagree with the policy. Thank you for the review.
