“Beautiful hotel with an excellent service”

Great service, they even upgraded us to a full ocean view. The room and bathroom were specious and stylish. Cleanliness (room, bathroom, balcony) was ok. Very nice coffee shop in the lobby. Restaurant food is also very good (but pricey) . Great swimming pool and jim. The hotel is beautiful. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.

The RC is in a great location and the service was fabulous! Nice room...nice pool area...just nothing to complain about. If/when I'm back in the area...the RC is where I will stay w/o question.

“Excellent service”

Service was excellent - they made me feel like a star. The restaurant served top quality food. The quality of housekeeping of the room was an issue, and I made sure the front desk was aware. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, and the staff definitely cater to luxurious tastes. Ocean views from the room and pool deck are breathtaking. Even the 24-hour gym had a great view over the intercoastal waterway.

“Five Star Luxury worth every penny/cent!”

We spent five nights at the Ritz and it was unreal! The pool area and the beach were amazing! The service was fantastic with staff being friendly and professional at all times. We'd an ocean view room which was stunning, overlooking the pool and ocean. The only thing I can say is that one night our room wasn't properly made up, it looked like they were half way done but never finished. It didn't bother us, we just made the bed ourselves etc (mind you they still took the tip we'd left!). The surrounding area is ideal, lots of bars, restaurants and the beach to keep you entertained. We went to Las Olas (go to the Big City Tavern - it was delicious!) and took the water taxi too which we'd recommend. Watch out for the t shirt shops, we got ripped off at one by $60, so spend your money else where! Great holiday, can not recommend the Ritz enough!!

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. The location is great. You can walk everywhere. I absolutely love this hotel/location/view/food.
