Pros: Nice helpful staff. I accidentally left my iPad in the room, they found it and are mailing it back to me! Totally appreciate. Great location.
Cons: A bit confusing to find your way between the two buildings. Also would've liked a jacuzzi by the pool area which was very nice.
Location: Right in the best part of ft lauderdale. You can run along the boardwalk! Lots of great restaurants nearby.
We had an ocean view double. Third floor great vista! Very clean and comfortable beds nice bath. Best feature- slider opens so you get these great ocean breezes! Hard to find hotels with windows that open but we were so happy to turn off air and have the fresh sea air!

Location: Location is very convienient to every thing
this hotels is one of my favorite hotels, It has everything a travler would want. the staff was great. there is a grat sushi restraunt on the property

Always a treat to stay here. The hotel is on the beach with a public walkway over the rd to the beach. Excellent room and bed. You can walk to several restaurants and bars nearby.

Location: Good location
When I made the reservation, I requested to be below the 8th floor. I wound up on the 14th floor. I didn't know that there was another building other than the main building. The photograph on the web site of the hotel shows only the main building. If I knew there was another building connected by a walkway, I would have requested a room in the main building. The bed was too soft for my liking. I had a hard time getting comfortable in the bed and my back ached more than usual when I got out of bed in the morning. I do suffer from lower back pain. I think the hotel should offer free wireles in the room. Some of the other hotels for the same price do include free wireless. I think the concierge could have been more friendly.

Pools staff is super friendly. So close to beach and pool is really clean. Hotel is in great location with lots of restaurants near by.

Pros: clean and friendly staff
Cons: get rid of the only valet parking and put real doors on the bathroom
Location: there were a lot of things to visit in walking distance which was nice.
overall the hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. i did not like the valet parking at $28 a day. at $200 for a week. it was pretty expensive. If i knew that i wouldnt have even rented a car in the first place. the other thing i didnt like were the bathrooms. instead of door they had a sliding shutters so you did not have any privacy. The hotel did smell really nice when you walked in. Everything in it was way overpriced.
