Cons: NEGATIVES: Very bad bellboy service / Pictures lie - the ocean is LITERALLY 5 FEET FROM THE HOTEL'S DECK. MANY low class visitors also.
Location: WAY too far out. Cab is $30 roundtrip to go to any restaurant.

NEGATIVES: Very bad bellboy service / Pictures lie - the ocean is LITERALLY 5 FEET FROM THE HOTEL'S DECK. Let me make this clearer for you - there is NO BEACH. The water comes to the steps of the building. / TONS of low lifes staying there. Apparently, you can go on hot wire, type in the beach, and book this hotel if you look for the higher (of the only 2 hotels offered) customer ratings for only $100/night. Most people there were as ill-behaved as their kids / NOT close to any food/entertainment Was handed a cart for my luggagge by bellboy, and another bellboy grabbed it after I loaded it up then checked in, while denying me allowance to take it to my room without him. I told him he's out of his mind. The argument went much further than I wanted and finally I asked to speak with his manager. She said I couldn't take it, as it was a liability. Figure that? It's more of a liability to lug 4 large bags of luggage up to my room rather than wheel them on a cart specificly intented for it. Btw, I'm an extremely fit 35yo. male with no medical history. Also, as a do-it-yourselfer, I absolutely hate the monopoly of services by the employed immigrants at this facility. How did it end? With my principles retained. I carried the luggage up by myself one by one

Pros: Great rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, convenient location.
Cons: Service in the Café.
Location: If you haven't been to the new Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino it is worth checking out. Just about 5 minutes from the hotel.
I travel quite a bit. This hotel is probably one of the best places I have stayed. The entire staff from the housekeepers to the parking attendants were some of the nicest around. The rooms were great. If I could find one small nuisance it was with the café. The service was slow and the breakfast was just ok. Other than that I am very happy with my experience there.

It's expensive, wish u didn't have to pay to lay on a dingy chair in the beach, but it was nice, clean, water was very clean (both pool and ocean) great service! Overall a great vaca. Room was so nice, nice bed, sheets, blankets and pillows.

Cons: Do not charge people extra at the beach, that will give your guests ability to be more spread out in the hotel. Too many people at the pool.
The hotel is great, only rooms have carpet :( and there are "thousands" of people at the pool. Everyone is on top of each other. If you prefer the ocean, there will be extra charge per a day for each person, unless you want to be tanning on the towel. I have lived in Miami and I know all the hotels very well. It is cheaper to rent a 2 bedroom apartment two buildings down ocean front and have an amazing beach experience. Overall the hotel is great !!!

Pros: It was clean and our room had a lovely view of the ocean.
Cons: I visited this hotel about 40 years ago. At that time it had a wonderful Olympic pool that they have now replaced with a kidney shaped river.
Location: Not much
The pool was too warm and impossible to swim laps in as there were a lot of kids. It is a great hotel for families but I would not return as my husband and I wanted a quiet weekend getaway. the hotel did not permit the use of the sauna in the spa without booking a treatment. I did book a facial and it was good. I then proceeded to the too cool sauna. The hotel food was good but very expensive. I would not return tho this hotel.

Pros: Great Pool area right on beach
Cons: Hire new staff.
Location: Nothing to do near by.
Very nice hotel, but fire alarm went off Twice at 12:15 then 1:17 AM. The alarm went off for no reason and was told to go back to my room. Staff was Very Rude and no one even said they were sorry, my stay was terrible.
