Pool area very nicePosted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: pool and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: The taxi service that came to pick us up were very rude and not friendly at all. Weston needs to pick a different cab service.
It was a nice room and pool area. The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant is very pricey. Not too many places to walk to eat. The cab service that comes to the hotel is bad. The cabbies are rude and not very pleasant.

Wonderful!Posted Feb 22, 2015
After a flight delays and 5hrs in the airport anxiously worrying about our connections and maybe missing a cruise, the Westin greeted us so warmly and gave us lemon/orange water and upgraded our room to a suite. Concierge got us a town car and we shared a ride and it reduced the price. Just a lovely experience.

Not happy for what I paid.Posted Feb 20, 2015
I booked literally 6 rooms for 2 days expecting the brand value of Westin and the rooms are like 2 star hotels. Very bad with the carpets and there are lot of things inside which won't work. And also, I am pretty sure this building is 40 years old. Can you believe providing a 6$ iron Box from Walmart in the room. Wow

Cruise ship hotelPosted Feb 5, 2015
Cons: cleanliness, my toilet had black mold under the rim.
Buses line up daily to pick up cruise ship people, annoying at best, room was noisy, dirty, so much that I almost took a picture to show front desk staff, but decided they really did not care bcs so many guests are busy trying to get on the cruise. Also the lobby smells as if an entire bottle of cheap perfume was spilled, probably to cover the diesal smell from the buses blocking the entrance and exists

Not up to Par for the Westin.Posted Feb 3, 2015
Room carpet was all bunched up in areas. Went to look at restroom and there was used nasal strip stuck to shower and towel rack was broken. Restaurant that evening had terrible service, though the next morning was much better. The front desk was very good and promised to make our next night more enjoyable. I expected way more from the Westin

Was okayPosted Feb 2, 2015
We stayed there for 4 days. On the first day they assigned someone else to our room so the person opened the door with their room key to find us there. Each day there were no towels by the pool. In addition the pool was not a heated pool like it states to be. The hotel itself is a nice quiet place, where no one bothers you

Before cruisePosted Feb 1, 2015
Location in kind of a scruffy area. Gift shop extremely limited and toiletries very expensive. Restaurant had a hard time providing timely service.
