Perfect hotel stay! Came for one night with my husband for the Tortuga music festival. Very clean. It is outdated in some sense but didn’t bother us at all. Comfy bed and pillows. Office ppl were very nice. Pool was nice. We will definitely stay there again

Nice older hotel with easy access to beach and strip. Very clean rooms and property. Excellent hosts. Stayed 3 nights. Pool area small but comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location for beach and nearby restaurants. Hotel is worth the money, and for what you pay was very nice. Overall clean, smelled nice. The staff was super sweet and helpful! Only downside is we were staying on first floor and could clearly hear others outside and was woken up several times. Overall would recommend!

The room was a little grimy. In general the property could have been cleaner and is definitely in need of a facelift. Most of the staff was polite and helpful with the exception of a lady that was behind the desk one evening. Overall, I rate it as barely acceptable.

Average hotel near the beach and some restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean and spacious. It’s an older motel and definitely needs some updating. Our main and biggest complaint and the reason we will not return is because you can hear EVERYTHING. Outside and in any room next to your room. There is not a single ounce of soundproofing. Don’t expect to get any sleep while at this property.

Overall this hotel is very clean and quiet. It is older, but fully functional. The person at the front desk when we checked in was not very pleasent, however the staff that was there on the last evening were very nice. The pool was crystal clear and the grounds around the hotel/motel are very clean, but dated. It’s a great value, $75-$200 cheaper than hotels just steps away. There are many shopping opportunities, and restaurants within walking distance and the ocean is only 200 yards away from the front gate.

There was no option for heat in the rooms and it was quite chilly outside. The rooms are very run down, especially for the price they are charging.

The door was jammed when trying to open it multiple times. The mattresses are very firm. The walkway is rather dirty. The outlets look old. There is no WiFi available for the money they charge you.

Best beach stay
The check in process was very quick and they accompany you to your room to ensure everything meets your needs. I love how clean the hotel is because I didn't have to worry about not being able to unpack. The staff is very nice. The beach is less than 2 minutes away.

This north beach village means a lot to us. We’ve been staying here at one of the hotels and it’s sad to see the lack of care at the properties. It was noisy next to me at around 3am. The door was so gapped up top and bottom. I had to climb on the chair ti change the temperature on air conditioner. However the staff was very friendly. I do appreciate that.

Very helpful the min you come in you can also use the other properties amenities and they are all in walking distance the rooms are spacious and nice the outside area is beautiful especially at the property with the hot tub love it def would come back clean and simple but beautiful

I was ok with this place. The dead cockroaches in the kitchen didn’t help their cause or complete lack of a dresser. Other empty rooms had them.
