“Not impressed”

Though the room was decent, was overall disappointed. Small cafe on site was only open until 5:00 p.m. daily. No vending machines for soda or water. Had fire in bldg. during stay, though our room wasn't damaged were without power, water for hours, then didn't have water over night. Poor communication during challenging circumstances. No appology for inconvenience, no offer of any sort to make up for hours of being out of bldg. and without services. Yet we had to pay to use house internet service. Not good customer service experience.

Must see

Boca Raton was great area for shopping, dining, beach.

“Good deal”

Great accommodations. Great property. A little dated but still extremely comfortable. The Time Share sales pitch was way more intense than I've experienced in the past. I would recommend passing on it no matter how enticing the perks!

“Pushy timeshare people kept calling the room. We never answered the phone.”

We enjoyed the pool and quiet setting but hated the timeshare people asking us to join them. We said no but they called our room everyday. We never answered the calls because they don't take no for an answer

“Great family hotel.”

The room and activities were great. Loved the sand volleyball, mini golf and pool. It would have been nice if the rooms offered on demand movie channels to watch at any time. Would recommend to a friend.

“Kid/Family Friendly Resort inland location”

If you have a family with children, the Palm-Aire might be good for you. The water slide is very slow, after a day my kids were over it. They did enjoy the free mini golf. The property is overrun with kids everywhere and families. There are not enough pool chairs. Pools are not big enough to handle all the guest when the property is full. The property is well gated but quite inland and in the middle of strip mall land. I would not stay here for more than 2 days, you don't get much of a real Florida feel. Wal-Mart is right across the street so you can get groceries for your condo kitchen. Condos are good sized and clean. There is not enough staff - pool, activities, cafe, security were all understaffed and it was often difficult to find help.
