Pros: Location
Location: Beach and a few malls within 10 - 25 minutes.
Our stay here was quiet. Even though we left the premises most days, there's enough to keep families engaged such as karoke, mini golf, volley ball, tennis etc. We would definitely visit again.

Great deal if you play golf, I played 3 rounds for a total for a total of 76 $ had a nice experience with Joe Harrington was very helpful at the hotel

Pros: Not much because it showed not to be a hotel but a time share selling resort (so hardly anu servicee).
Cons: The information when you book that this is not a hotel and that you can only have clean up service on request and for a fee.
When I booked I thought I booked a hotel. From the moment I checked in I was borthered to get a free breakfast. I was tired after traveling for almost 24 hours and just needed a shower and a bed at that time. I was not pepared for a room not being cleaned up and when I could around five to ask why my room was not done the reaction was not very nice. "If you needed a clean up you should have requested it". A bit confused I ask what I could request then and found out that if needed I could request fresh towels. This while the room had just 2 towels when I got in. I had booked for 4 nights starting at a Wednesday, but when on Saturday at 3.30 I still had no clean up, I decided to take the loss and checked out.

Pros: The reason we still go is because the main layout works for us. The pool area is nice and there are planned activities for kids.
Cons: EVERYTHING can be improved. But the personnel at the front desk need way better training.
We book several rooms every Easter break. EVERY YEAR we have a nightmarish experience at check-in. In fact, it's so bad, we've just come to expect it and we're never disappointed. Besides totally screwing up our rooms, their new thing is to try to book us in a building away from the main complex. WATCH OUT. I guarantee they will try this during busy periods. Bad way to start a vacation.

We booked a two bedroom suite at The Wyndham Palm-Aire in February 2014, for a three day stay prior to going on a cruise. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped with a full kitchen, two complete bathrooms and a huge master bedroom. The hot tub was a nice addition to the room. The proximity to several shopping venues made it a great place, specially for a larger family (of three kids and two adults) The only negative was the check in process. We showed up at 3:30 PM and were told that the room was not yet ready (check- in time was 4PM) After waiting for forty five minutes and not being able to get an anwser as to when the room would be ready, we asked to see the manager. The manager (Joseph) would not provide even a time estimate as to when the room would be ready, nor did he provide an explanation as to why the room was not ready on time. Another customer had been waiting for even longer than us and was getting the same treatment. Our room was finally ready at 5PM a full hour and an a half after we arrived. Although delays can sometines occur, the delay was badly handled by the manager, who should have offered either a time frame, an explanation or a compensation.
