“Good”

I was really worried about bed bugs visiting this area. I searched first thing. The room was clean and the staff was nice enough. The breakfast was okay (hot eggs and sausage most days). The room was kind of small, not at all what I would consider a "suite", but nice for the price. WiFi in each room was nice too.

“Very good for the price and location”

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very adequate for a very reasonable price. If we have to stay in northern NJ again, we'll probably stay here. The hotel is a smallish - two story building that doesn't have an elevator (there are rooms on the first floor) and required crossing a merge lane of traffic to get to it. Knowing that it shared a parking lot with Red Lobster helped find it. We did notice that the hotel's room's bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.

“"Great Hotel for the price"”

Went to Paramus with my daughter after Thanksgiving to go shopping and wanted a place to stay that would be close to the stores. Comfort Inn was within a mile of Garden State Mall and the Ikea store and many others. Room was very nice and loved the free breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent”

Everthing was better than expected. The room was large, clean, and well decorated, and the staff was very welcoming.

“Not impressed”

The service was good not great. The Hotel has no elevator and if you have kids and all the stuff that goes with packing on the go it's a bit hard the hall at the end of the room had no A/C it was like walking into a sauna . Our room was reserved and when we went in, it was so hot in there it took about 3 hours to get in cool to 68degrees the max the hotel will let you cool down they have it pre-set. I found somebodies old socks by the AC unit in the corner. The toilet it took about 15 minutes to fill up between the flashing...it was noisy.

“The hotel is okay but not fantastic. .”

I find the place without elevator to bring your luggage up. This is difficult for me as a 60 year old woman. The vicinity's convenience compensated for this problem though. Internet is accessible and people are courteous.

“Beautiful hotel, great staff”

Gorgeous hotel. The hotel is in the same parking lot as Red Lobster, and there is only one entrance and it's next to an off ramp so getting in the entryway was a bit scary each time. The room was just as described, full breakfast, and very helpful and nice staff.

“Review”

Very nice. Could use some oil or suds for the Hot Tub. carpet on floor made our sox all greasy, yellow on the bottoms. Room was clean. bed was fine.

“Can't wait to go back!”

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel, the location was great, as well as the jacuzzi! Price was just right for what we needed, a short stay to get an early start the at slopes.
