Our hotel has been characterized as “homey” so I’m shocked you felt it was “cold.” We have never had an issue or complaint about the water pressure so perhaps there was an issue with our room and I will review immediately. Dear Guest, I’m sorry you felt we deserved a low rating as our staff tries very hard to make sure every guest is comfortable in our newly renovated hotel. Perhaps if we knew the reasoning during your stay we could’ve fixed any issues.
