“Very Impressed with Hotel”

This has to be, by far, one of the cleanist hotels we have ever stayed at for any length of time. The rooms, including the bathroom, were immaculate. Even the hallway rugs were spotless! What a surprise!!! It was a bit tricky getting into the hotel from Route 17 N, though. Keep your eyes to the right for traffic coming off of the Parkway, then try to move to the right.

“Clean, Cheap, Comfortable”

It is located directly on Rt 17 so you hear a lot of street noise. But the hotel itself is pretty comfortable, very clean, rooms were big, free internet, helpful staff. I'd stay there again.

“Solid hotel”

We reserved 2 rooms at least 4 weeks earlier. One of the rooms was specifically requested to be a handicap room. We take my 85 year old mother in law to the Fair lawn area twice a year to see her 86 year old sister. We arrived at 9 PM to find no handicap room for us. When using Expedia, the room is sold and paid for when the reservation is made...so imagine how frustrated we were to have no handicap room for my mother in law tired sitting in her wheel chair. We had no choice but to deal with the bathroom issue. It was dangerous at times and we (my husband and I) were up every 2-3 hours making the bathroom visit happen for his Mom. We were very tired the next day as we set out on our long car ride home. Our only other onservation was that the bathroom towels were VERY lightweight (Hotel 6 type). The rooms themselves were clean and lovely...Unfortunately, the handicap issue was a BIG thing for us and we would probably use other lodging options in the future.

“comfort in paramus”

hotel staff were friendly hotel was very clean and modern, enjoyed the comfort of the room, i would stay there again in a heart beat . close to shopping of all sorts and a variety of restaurants .

“Good hotel, bad entrance”

Nice hotel, indoor pool, I would stay again. Clean room, good layout. Hard to get into Hotel parking lot, you have to turn into the lot next door (Syms). We missed it the first time and it took us 25 minutes with traffic to turn around and get back to the hotel.

“GREAT VALUE.GREAT LOCATION.GREAT HOTEL.”

I got a great deal on this. it was close to paramus mall. close to otehr resteraunts. the hotel was typical marriot quality. the work out room was really small but i was only there for one night. the rooms were big. they were clean. i would stay here again. it was really close to NYC. loved it.

“I like it”

I took a room for one night. It was very clean and the bathroom was very clean too. I am satisfied with this hotel. The only disadvantage is that the exit is different hiway than the entrance. Other than that everything was very good.

“Looking forward to my next visit.”

The Hotel was nice and quiet just what i needed for my getaway. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I just wish they also served dinner, it would have completed my stay.

“Clean and good value.”

This hotel is clean and new so we like it. We have stayed there twice when visiting family in the area. The only negative is that it is difficult to see at night as it is set back from Rt. 17. The traffic is heavy but that is because there is a mall near by and many stores.

“Great if you need to be in the area”

My sister lives in Ridgewood, NJ, about 20 minutes away if you can negotiate the highways and twisting roads and manage to get where you want to go. Family visits are the only reason we go to this area. Ridgewood has no local hotels, so this typical Courtyard Marriot works fine. It is comfortable, clean, modern, and the staff is competent and friendly, no different than any of the thousand other similar Courtyard Marriots in the US now. The only difficulty is that you reach this hotel (like almost all in the area) on one of those busy New Jersey highways lined with stores and businesses, swift traffic and everybody else knowing where they are going. I would have been lost (literally) without a GPS.
