Econo Lodge Fort Lee

Terrible traffic noise made me not sleep.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the GW Bridge. Hiwever, the room had graffetti on the walls and there was very little water pressure in the shower. The continental breakfast was plain bagels or English muffins. There was 2 kinds of cereal, but only if you like Vitamin D milk, no juice offered.

The location is horrid, it looks bad from the moment you get there. The are located in the middle of several major roadways that are full of construction projects and bad roads. Naturally the thousands of freight liner trucks that drive by all these potholes and metal plates create such noise that it almost mimics a thunderstorm, but not as peaceful. To make the problem worst the walls are paper thin and you can hear all the noises with such vexing clarity. The rooms are so small that the bed takes up 90% percent of the room. Buyer beware!!

The one thing that I feel could be corrected to help the hotel is there is a large opening under the doors that allows cold air to come in therefore costing the hotel money to heat the room same for airconditioning in the summer. This did not bother me because the heating system keeps the room very confortable.

There's was nothing about he closet hey call a hotel room I liked. There was not enough linens or room to move around. I was unable to find the remote for the television and I had to get up to change the handles. I almost caused an accident cube cause it so tucked in to nowhere. I wouldn't stay again and definitely not recommending. Thank you but no thank you.

Was desperate for the stay, hence I stayed there, but not a good place to stay with family

King bed was comfortable however the room is tiny so don't expect much room to move around in. Very convenient location since the highway is near by but that's also a downfall, I probably woke up at least 3x to large trucks hitting potholes. Overall good stay. Definitely would go back.
