Easy locationPosted Nov 5, 2014
Cons: maybe update the rooms a bit. was a little drafty around the door
Location: Location was right of the highway and there is a great little grill right next door.
The location was excellent and the room provided everything I needed for my stay. Although the room was a bit smaller than I had expected it was overall comfortable and clean. I would suggest asking for extra pillows as the ones provided were very lumpy and or flat. The bathroom was extremely small, but had excellent water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. I would suggest getting a room on the back side of the motel if you are looking for quiet, there is a lot of traffic noise. The only draw back was the fire alarm going off in the morning from the main office due to burnt toast.

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.Posted Oct 7, 2014
The room was dirty, bathroom tiny and the Jersey Turnpike was just outside the door. The only positive thing about this stay was the parking spots were marked. I should have saved $90 and slept at a rest stop.

Good valuePosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Night staff were nice, and the hotel was a good value.
Cons: Check-out process could be improved, in other words staff should make eye contact and ask if they can assist a customer instead of ignoring patrons.
Location: Conveniently located near the highway just outside of NYC
This hotel is a good value. Room was clean, and the price was right. Morning staff member (a young woman) could have been more courteous when we were checking out. She made no eye contact and didn't even acknowledge our presence. Night staff (two young men) were very courteous. Some type of egg sandwich as an option would be nice. Overall, stay was good. I would stay at this place again.

OK hotel.Posted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
its my first time to encounter a hotel that charge $20 for early check in. rooms were just Ok. shuttle was $20 just to cross GW bridge to 172 st. station. better to take the bus at $2 per person. internet was not good. most of the time, no connection at all. also, no outgoing calls from rooms. receptionist said that its been set like that. breakfast was good. close to convenience stores and good location for a NY trip. just 5-10 mins 172 st. station, NY

not a good choicePosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: I was attracted by its closeness to the George Washington bridge
Cons: The hotel has to be cleaned
Location: Location is excellent. The hotel is close to Manhattan
The room was very filthy. Pillowcases and bed sheets had brownish spots. In order to change them I had to ask three times, but the new sheets were not much better. The breakfast was also very bad -- we could not eat anything

ManageablePosted Aug 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
I rated this decently because I took the hotel into consideration of location. For being a short walk from New York City, this hotel was cheap. The size of the room was not great, but also, with the expectancy of being right next to the city, it was what I expected. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk from the George Washington Bridge walkway if you would like to walk across to New York before taking public transit, and 5 minutes the other way to the George Washington Bus pickup areas to cross the bridge that way.

DisappointingPosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Convenience to Yankee Stadium
Cons: The décor, fresh paint, upgrade the furniture
Location: Restaurant right next door that looks nice, but time didn't allow for us to check it out. Not much else in Fort Lee except oriental style dining.
We do like the convenience of the hotel since we come to NY for Yankee games. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel over the past several years. It hasn't improved much over time. Our rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but we still could smell some stale smoke in the rooms. We most likely would not stay there for more than 1 night. We think it's time to upgrade the rooms to attract more guests.
