The entrance to this hotel is right off of a busy highway and you have to cross over 2 lanes if you're merging into this highway, only to make a quick turn into the hotel entrance. It is extremely inconvenient, dangerous and stressful just to get into the parking lot. More than half of the parking lot was closed off because it flooded. We booked two rooms, requested and was told that we would get two connecting rooms. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the connecting rooms were occupied and that we couldn't get the connecting rooms. Our rooms' windows were directly facing the busy highway so we heard trucks and cars passing by, honking all night. The breakfast that is included was good and enjoyed by the whole party.

We stayed in 2 rooms for one night. One of the showers was filthy, as if someone had rinsed out a bucket of black beach sand in it. Neither bathroom had toilet paper or tissues, and the desk clerk did not know where to find them. Each bathroom only had two towels. There is not enough parking to accommodate all desks, so we were forced to park with others in the mud on the side of the parking lot. When we complained to the night clerk, he said he could not do anything to help us and told us to speak with the manager in the morning. We did, but he said he could not do anything and that his supervisor would contact us within 2 days. We're waiting for the call.

After making my reservation on Expedia, I called the hotel to confirm my room choices. The first time I called, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. The second time I called, I was abruptly informed that I needed the Hilton confirmation number, not the Expedia itinerary number, and hung up on. The third time I called, I confirmed our room choices. But then we didn’t get the room type we requested when we checked in. After we checked in, we were awoken at 11:30 pm by someone trying to enter our room. The front desk had assigned someone else to our room after assigning it to us. Minutes later, it happened again. Minutes later, the front desk called and asked when we checked in, obviously unaware of our presence in the room. Bottom line: the management was rude and incompetent.

My shower didn’t work, I wasn’t able to take a shower in my room. Luckily I had family on the same floor so I was able to shower in their room. I was told by the front desk at check out that the manager would contact me to give me a discount however that never happened. I was also locked out of my room because the key stopped working. Terrible. Never stay here again!

Inconsideration of guest rest and relaxation
I arrived to check in after a 3 hr drive from RI the room was pretty steep at $300 for the night we checked in at 8:30 dressed and stepped out to celebrate the New Year’s Eve . We returned to rest for a few hours at 4:30 am and at 8:55 am housekeeping was banging on my door profusely for when check out was at 11am so now when I thought I would at least get 6 hours sleep I barely got 4 hours unacceptable!

The Hotel is located next to the highway. Heard traffic all night, was actually awakened early in the morning by a loud motorcycle going by. Very inconvenient spot, one way traffic allowing for only one way in, then that same way out, and down to and exit and back onto highway if you want to go in the opposite direction. I will never stay there again, one of the worst Hamton Inn's I have ever stayed at.

check in was easy but there was no hot water for showers, especially in the middle of winter. Still see hair from "clean" bath towels. No hand soap and has to keep turning around to get hand soap in the shower for hand washing in the sink. Breakfast was decent but not enough seating for dine in.
