“Perfect for a overnight Carowinds trip!”

Could not have picked a better hotel for our Scarowinds visit. Great view of the new roller coaster from our hotel window. We will stay at the Comfort Inn at Carowinds again!

“Came in for a wedding”

The hotel was in a good location and clean. I would recommend it, and the price was right.

“Clean Place”

The hotel was outstanding however the maid did leave my door unlocked one day when she cleaned the room. Nothing was missing.

“Best Pillows and Wonderful, Friendly Staff”

The hotel and the hotel room was spacious and clean and affordable. The beds were comfortable, but the thing that can keep people returning are the pillows. My husband had not been sleeping good until the night we stayed, he said that was the best night sleep in a long time. Needless to say I asked about the pillow content and then went to the store to find something most like their pillows. So, to finish this, YES we enjoyed our stay and will be using this hotel again for future Carowind trips. Thank you, Anita W.

“Good for Carowinds visit”

My daughter & I booked this room for a one day/overnight to Carowinds/Scarowinds., While we were able to walk over to the front gate, that was a bit sketchy, so if you have young children, walking may not be the best option. Overall it was nice enough. If you have dietary restrictions, their included breakfast may not be the best option, (in my case it's bread products), but I am used to that. Our only gripe was that smoking rooms were on the same floor & each time we exited the stair well, (elevator worked but we chose stairs), we could smell the stale cigarette smoke. However, by the time we got down the hall to our room, it was not present.

Very good price. A little too much carpet fresh in the room- but overall very pleased.
