We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a cross country trip. The town is small and the hotel lacks any charm. My husband and I laughed at the sign outside that said "award winning rooms" and we wondered what award? We had booked, in advance, a double queen accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel we found that the owner's car was backed into the only handicapped parking spot, there was a small curb around the front entrance and our "handicapped accessible bathroom" consisted of a toilet slightly taller than most. Good thing I don't use a wheelchair as the bathroom was so small that you could barely sit down and no grap bars. The desk clerk told me at check in that she didn't have us in a handicapped room because "Expedia never does that or gives us any information". Because I have booked multiple times with Expedia on this trip and in the past, I assured her that was not true. She finally told us that we must be lucky because she had "found" this room for us. The "continental breakfast" consisted of some small, dry muffin type things and three apples. But we could have shared one of the the two tables placed for the use of the guests to enjoy their meal. The only real quality of the hotel was the comfort of the beds. We realized this was a moderately priced hotel, but wished we would have booked a nicer hotel up the road.

“Pleasant Stay”

The hotel was central to many necessities and points of interest. It was also easily accessable from the main highways. There was a public park within walking distance, which was great. The only small downside was the very small bathroom. All in all, it was a great stay.

Trip was made under stressful circumstances, but the hotel was relaxing. Nice decor. Easy access. Very clean. Staff was extremely nice.
