The staff was extremely unwelcoming. I rented a room with three beds two rooms. Had my sister and her friend come in the night before I was checking out. At 10:30 at night the staff began calling my room saying that my guests had to leave. I explained they’ve already given their IDs at the desk. The staff told me they had to leave or we all had to leave. Makes absolutely no sense. Why rent a room with bathrooms and three beds if guests are not allowed. I ended up having to pay for another room at a different hotel. Absolutely the most absurd thing I’ve ever went through traveling.

It was the nicest place I w stayed in a very long time and was great room for the money!!! It was like a suite not just a hole in the wall room!!! It was loaded with everything I need to do anything. I loved it!! The only thing I didn’t like too much is that there’s no like smoking area designated for outside and no breakfast but of course u didn’t need to have it cuz they supply everything from plates to pots n pans even utensils a full size fridge a mini dishwasher !! Id I could’ve afforded to I would’ve moved in like N apt. It was super nice how they made decorations with the tissue , I give this place an9 out of 10!!! And the staff was ok but not very happy like they hated their job in a way. Not any conversation or hi welcome to … just a bland and unhappy can I help u… that’s not very welcoming but when I saw the room it made up for it and I was myself recovering from being in the hospital so I really needed simewheres safe and clean and the allure hotel was so nice better than the Hyatt in my opinion just real honey and comfortable!!! Except the no smiling for the customer, oh and also that they have a 1 night minimum even when the person had been there for 4 days. So I had to goto extended stay and that was a big big difference !!!! That was just a 1 em jail cell compared to the elegant feel of home at the allure . Just smile and like ur job or at least pretend to like it and the customer no matter who they are or what they look like ! If their paying ,at least smile

The room had plenty of space and no bugs or anything that I could see and yes I looked. The staff was friendly. I do like to relax outside.And the only place to relax was near the pool area and that closed at dusk. Also. I reserved a room that did have a full kitchen with a stove but learned they are fazing them out, so we had a sink, fridge and microwave.

I did not even check in or use the room because of the ridiculous policy they have. After paying for the room through expedia the hotel wanted $150 cash deposit or fill out credit card paperwork and give them my card. Also, they want ID from me and my guest that they hold onto ! And, you cant have anyone in your room after 11:00pm...That place is ridiculous and I just lost $115

Thank you for your review. You called us and these policies were explained to you before you or your employee checked in. Also, the deposit is mentioned in the fine print on the booking site you used. If you had told us how unhappy you were with these policies we would have been able to work with you to get a refund.

The property had very limited exterior lighting The rugs in the halls were old and stained The furnishings are old and way outdated and broken. The TV is a tube TV that I haven’t seen anywhere in about 10 years but still worked ( amazing).

The front desk staff were amazing! The room was very spacious. There was a significant amount of water damage around the room that was just painted over and the tub in one of the bathrooms had a patch on it. When they were supposed to clean the room, it was never cleaned. They replaced the towels and that was it. I did put 2 of the garbage cans right on the table area to make it easier as they were over full, yet they were never emptied. One of the "new" towels had hair and what looked to be dirt on it. We were nervous after reading some reviews about bed bugs and cockroaches, but did not see either one (and i was hyper aware being terrified of both). The beds were very comfortable. 2 of the 3 tvs were still box tvs and the one would change the channel when pressing the volume down. The remote for that tv only worked for chqnging the channel. There was a dishwasher which was nice and convenient since we have a little still using bottles, just make sure to grab dishwasher detergent as there is none in the room. Having a kitchenette stocked with dishes I expected some sort of soap to wash the dishes but there was only a sponge, no soap. Our 4 kiddos loved the room and it was a nice place to stay without paying an arm and leg for a room. We would stay again if we were to come to florida.

We stayed only 1 night. I think it's meant to be an extended stay. The room was old and outdated. The cupboards & cookware was in sad condition. The room felt "clean" however we were very disappointed to find a cockroach in the bathroom. I would not stay here again

Open entrance area big & nice. Lots of room for parking. Pool & hot tub very clean & room to visit on chairs. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Pl. with kitchenette. Room appeared freshly painted with new doors and nice bathrooms. Only issue was the refrigerator which had rust spots on it doorhandle missing, and damage to the wall next to it. Elevators worked like brand new front staff was very receptive to our needs.

Very outdated. Black mildew around faucets in the tub. Wouldn’t stay there again. Person at desk told us we couldn’t check in at 1:30 without paying extra $20. Said we’d have to get there right at 3:00 to check in.Very bad first impression.

We stayed at the Allure Suites years ago and came back for Spring Training this year. We love this place. Close to the Publix, liquor store and the Moose Lodge was across the street. The Allure Suites is neat and tidy and we enjoy the kitchen availability and the pool and hot tub. We will be back next year.

This is as dated a hotel as I’ve seen, for example the TV is a Zenith. Zenith went out of business 30 years ago. And no Coffee in the lobby or coffee for the coffee maker. Worse, they require the id of my wife as well as me to check in.

Have stayed at Allure several times. The 2 bedroom suite layout and the price are perfect for our family needs. The hotel is VERY outdated but relatively clean. Carpets definitely need cleaning though! Staff has always been very friendly. Would stay elsewhere (due to outdated condition), but you can't beat the setup and price anywhere else. Overall - ok - not my first choice, but would stay again. Just set your expectations low!!

The hot tub and pool area were great! Since the hotel was hosting a lot of rooms rented by companies for employees, the pool area was really quiet. The front desk employees are friendly. Any time we had a request, it was taken care of immediately. It was great to have the two bedrooms and and two bathrooms. The only complaint is that the carpets are in need of cleaning and/or replacement, and that we really could not use the pullout couch because the mattress was in such poor condition. This is a very affordable stay in the Fort Myers area however.

BEDBUGS. Warning we had bedbugs.This is the single worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. A client and I stayed here. There were bed bugs on her box spring and crawling on her bed. There was no bed bug cover on her box spring. The staff was unbelievably unhelpful when we showed them what was in the room. They made us pay for washing her clothes and gave us nothing to clean out her luggage. To make matters worse the place is a dump. The rooms are horribly dated. The refrigerators are rusted, the kick plates gone, the cabinets look like they are 40 years old. The place looks nothing like the online photos. I am honestly blown away by how unhelpful and apologetic they are. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!

Great location. Publix is like 2 blocks away. Easy access to get to beaches and ball parks. I would definitely there again. The 1 bedroom suite was pretty nice. Kind of beat up and dated and the tvs need replacing but the hot tub was perfect. The staff was top notch. I would consider it a great value price-wise
