Horrible experience ever!

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Not good on any count
We could not find the hotel since there was no name or address on the building! Staff talked behind your back in Spanish when we asked for something! Breakfast buffet was a total joke..they ran out of coffee cups and had to go to Publix for more. Milk and juice were in plastic gallon bottles sitting in a large sink with some ice in it!! The pool was a disaster and there were 5 chaises which were all broken! When we walked into the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit there was a dehumidifier in the kitchen and the bedrooms too! For four people there were 2 cups, 2 bowls, need I go one with the kitchen!! The upholstered furniture was filthy with stains. The fitness room contained all broken equipment except one piece. I had originally reserved a room for 8 nights but after the first night none of us could take it any more! I called to find another hotel and after two hours on the phone did so. We ended up staying 2 nights and were refunded the other 6 nights. We moved to the new hotel as soon as we could. They need to tear that place down and start from the ground up! I definitely would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Very disappointed

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: The girl at the front desk was the only thing that kept us from leaving.
No sign outside identifying the hotel. The floor at the front desk was buckled and roped off with caution tape the entire 4 days we were there. One of the 2 elevators didn't work. The refrigerator in the room didn't work (the freezer did). The wall paper in the hallways was coming off of the walls and the carpets were filthy. We asked for fresh towels on 2 separate occasions and was told in order to get new towels I had to bring the old towels to the front desk. (Some service) Last but not least, the "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee, mini doughnuts and slices of old bread for toast. Our first morning there they were out of coffee cups and had sent someone to the store for more. Obviously we won't be back.

We understand our standards are a bit out of date and we are currently taking all the necessary steps to bring our hotel to the highest standards possible for our guests accommodations. There are certain situations beyond our control that we try to make as suitable for the guest as possible. I'm sorry the proper "caution" sign was an eye sore for you but for our guests safety we must take the proper precautions needed to prevent accidents. We do provide a complimentary breakfast too all of our guest as a luxury, unfortunately in order to bring the most exceptional food to our guest we would have to charge for breakfast and that is not something we would like to do we strive to make all your amenities as affordable or accessible as they can be. We hope you understand the goals we have for Allure Suites and hope you consider staying with us in the future and see our amazing transformation.

A nice stay

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Cons: They need to put out a sign with their name on it.
Not a bad place, room was clean, staff were friendly, and continental breakfast was ok. I will go back next time I'm in Ft. Myers

Pictures are misleading. Hotel is old.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: We thought it was going to be a nice hotel in a good location but it wasn't!
Cons: Eveyrthing needs improved.
Hotel is old and needs lots of repairs. They indicate an contintential breakfast it was donut holes and coffee. Staff was rude when we checked in. Water did not work in the sink and when we reported it we were told it would be fixed and a day later it still was not working. Contact paper on the cabinets were peeling and carpet in hallway was dirty and pulling away at spots.

Pros: Other than having two bedrooms not much. Way over priced!
Cons: We understnd that the horel was just purchsed and will be undergoing renovations. In its current condition we would not recommend it or stay there.
If we had had an option we would have cancelled our reservtion and gone elsewhere!

Aimed only at long term guests. Difficult to get clean towels or sheets. Unimpressive breakfast. No WiFi in the rooms. No signage to tell arriving guests they're at the right place. Some staff helpful, others not.

We understand our standards are a bit out of date and we are currently taking all the necessary steps to bring our hotel to the highest standards possible for our guests accommodations. Between transitioning from Best Western to Allure Suites we have improved immensely and still have a little ways to go for the goals we want to achieve. We understand WiFi is in high demand and we are making it a priority to make is available for all of our guest as soon and as efficiently as we can. We do still have WiFi in our lobby for the time being. A Good Hotel on the Road to Great

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: I liked have a kitchen/living room area and a separate bedroom.
Cons: There is a computer and WiFi in the lobby and hard hook-up in the rooms. To stay competitive, WiFi in the rooms would be a good idea.
Location: It is conveniently located to ballparks, beaches and good restaurants.
Following the transition to new ownership, this hotel has improved immensely. Things that had not worked before with the previous owner have been fixed, such as the pool is open and clean, the ice maker in the lobby works and there are very nice seating areas spread around the establishment that were not there before. The room was very clean (except for the fold-out sofa bed!!). The continental breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. I did not like the open shared containers of cream cheese, butter and jellies (not sanitary as far as I am concerned ~ I didn't use them). I understand that renovations are scheduled and, from what I have seen already, I expect that when I visit next year, this will be a great establishment.

On behalf of everyone here at Allure Suites we want to thank you for your kind words and understanding of the expectations we have planned for our hotel. I'm honored you have given this place another chance and we are glad to hear how impressed you are with the improvements we have already made within the hotel. WiFi being accessible all over the hotel is most certainly one of our main priorities that we are working hard at to get provided and we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand your concerns with the breakfast and we are working on improving all of your concerns right away. We truly look forward to having you back next year and exceeding your standards. Thank you for choosing Allure Suites.

Florida stay

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness, breakfast, and larger pillows.
Location: Very close to restaurants, shopping, main roadways. Rich
The first floor bathrooms were filthy. The breakfast was pitiful. There was nothing barely to eat of any substance. The hotel looked like a prior bunker. The location was convenient but that was all it had to recommend it. The bed pillows were exceedingly small.
