Disappointing for the price

Room was outdated, bland, needed painting on woodwork and doors, carpets dirty-needed cleaning. Hallway carpets dirty-needed cleaning, paint chipped on doors and woodwork. Breakfast was good. personnel behind the desk and in the breakfast room courteous.

Good staff tired hotel

Rolled in late off a flight from Canada. Front desk staff courteous and very efficient. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast standard Best Western Hotel fare. It is a tired hotel in need of an update but well situated to RSW and the staff are good.

Convenient location

We found this to be a convenient location for travel into and out of the Ft. Myers area. Comfortable - met expectations for a single night stay.

Hotel convenient to/from airport

Aaron at front desk was awesome, getting us in early and really understanding what customer service is all about. Same for Sohair who was the driver to/from airport. Just a very pleasant lady that was wanting to please us. Hotel is dated, but nice, convenient location. A few restaurants close by to choose from, however, the one that was right by the property closed down in last year.

The hotel pool wasn't heated. The hotel needed to do a better job on the repairs, we could see the room repair seems/marks. Our carpet was sticky it needed to be replaced or cleaned.

Hotel close to airport with free shuttle service

Came in late on flight and was looking for something close by with free shuttle service to/from airport. Was picking up rental car the next morning. Close, nice accommodations that worked out good.

Got the least favorable room. Treated as 2nd class becuse we used Expedia. Wouldn't provide a 2nd night when our flight was cancelled

We treat all of our guest with respect and try to be as hospitable as possible. Sorry we could not provide a second nights accommodation the only reason being would be due to sold out situation.

It was a nice clean hotel, close to the airport. The only things wrong with my room is the soap dispenser was not filled otherwise everything was perfect.
