“Hotel has great waterfront location and nothing beyond that.”

Arrived and called for room cleaning, sticky stuff over the tables. Internet didn't work in room, called for a fix. Hotel printer didn't work to print return air checkin. 1 night 18 wheeler kept engine going off and on as was cool out...kept awake all night. I go back for location but do not expect anything beyond the river front. Front desk plays very cold when asking a simple question. This is my second review on this hotel.

“Not Impressed”

Hotel is old, and dingy. I saw ants in my room. Nice view. Bed was supposed to be king, however it seemed small. Would not stay here again

“Best Western, Fort Myers”

great location, we attend the Sox spring training, so great location this year, great view. Overall satisfied with our stay.

“Perfect for what I needed!”

I needed a hotel to stay in while helping my son move into a new home. After checking out other options in the area, I chose the Best Western due to it's location of where I needed to be and mostly because they offered balcony rooms. I had a deluxe room which was large and equipped with a microwave and small fridge. The balcony was large and nice to "come home to" in the evenings. The pool was very nice and wel maintained. Although I did not eat in the onsite resturaunt, it seemed to have a steady flow of business. I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises!!

“*Waterfront View & price make this worth the trip to North Ft Myers”

Upset on check-in as Expedia had not guaranteed a 'waterfront view' as I had requested. They had booked me a room with a balcony which is not the same thing. The primary attraction to this hotel was the view and the reasonable prices. I called Expedia who spoke to the hotel clerk. The Best Western clerk was VERY accomodating and provided a room w/waterfront balcony on a higher floor - perfect!!! The hotel descriptors s/b more specific & clarify not all rooms w/balcony face the water. The room itself was good - the balcony & view were fantastic. There is an IHOP next door for breakie & I would highly recommend Joe's Crabshack across the Bridge for dinner. Overall a great time spent in North Ft.Myers!!!

“Nice place, good value”

This is the second time we have stayed at this Best Western. Which says something about our level of satisfaction. We have relatives in downtown Fort Myers, and this hotel is convenient to the downtown. Lovely view of River. The staff was helpful.

“Great View, very good rooms”

Rooms are very big spacious, comfortable, closets, important balcony to the sea and the view is really amazing. The outside of the hotel is not well kept, outdoor hallways not well manteined, floors are painted (not good) suggest to put tile or something they doesn´t goes with the rooms! Same with the pool, Location is near downtown just crossing the bridge that is not a beautiful area but the the surroundings are good and safe.

“Nice Waterfront View”

Nice location overlooking the bay and downtown Fort Meyers. Rooms are situated to overlook the water and have a nice porch. Restaurants in walking distance.

the hotel was on a waterway which was a nice view from the balcony- the room set up was nicley done each time requested- a little more dusting could have been done... but nothing major-
