“Would stay here again.”

I was on the fence about staying at this Candlewood Suite, since the site "stars" were so much lower than the customer reviews. I decided to go with customer reviews and very happy I did. The room was clean, the staff helpful and friendly. It appears to have been built at the end of street of small business buildings, that were for the most part vacant...so it did feel a little deserted. However, that just helped make my stay quiet. The location is close to causeway to Sanibel island and Ft Myer beach. Also close to many restaurants, stores, miniature golf, gift shops, etc.

“excellent choide”

i first made a call to the desk prior to our arrival to let them know w would be checking in very late an was greeted by the most pleasant person i have ever encountered at a business. we loved the happy attitude that was projected by the entire staff during our stay from the maintenance to the boss. the two bed suite was big enough and the bathroom was certainly large enough, just like home. only drawback in the bathroom was the lace of hooks and there were not hand holds in the tiled bath and shower. did not like that part, nothing to hold on to!! the location is about 15 minutes from the gorovoy eye center which was an easy drive. very quiet location and quiet air handling system in the room, the kitchen was stocked with more utensils that i use at home. publix, walgreens, cvx, ruby tuesday, and shopping close by. i did not like the prices on the goods in their cupboard and they need to have more than one computer available in the business room. the free washing and dryers made up of that and the exercise room was well furnished. all and all i do not understand why the rating was not a 3 or 4. it was much better than the crown plaza we stayed at the month before, no comparability actually on all counts.

A very clean and quiet hotel. Great kitchen and desk - really appreciate the good desk chair. The bed and mattress were also terrific.

Hotel room was better than expected. Where else can you get a nice 1-bedroom suite for such a great low price? One of the best deals I've gotten at a hotel.

“Top Notch Hotel”

This hotel is relatively new and you can tell. Everything is extremely clean. The staff is friendly. You can check out DVDs for viewing in your room free of charge. Each room contains a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and ice maker. The location is convient for visiting Sanibel/Captive Islands as well as Fort Myers Beach. I will definitely stay here again and again!

Hotel was very nice and clean rooms. We also enjoyed having the kitchenette and free DVD rentals.

“More than expected”

This place is excellent. The hotel is in top shape, very clean and the service is nice and warm. The room has everything for cooking, if you want to. What is different is that you don't have maid service everyday, but you can change the towels and sheets at the main desk if needed. They have free laundry and a gym and laundry service. I did like the concept and it worked for me. The price and the location were the most convenient part. If I return to Ft. Myers, I will be using this hotel

“Stay there.”

This hotel was very nice, especially for the money and is located in a nice, safe area. If you are looking to go to the beach it is a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend. I would stay there again.
