“GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!”

The staff at this hotel was wonderful!!!.. They processed an upgrade to 2 double beds,, and included a waterfront view.. I LOVED the fact that the room came with a kitchenette,, heck, even had a gas grill.. We cooked steak,, at a hotell...... WONDERFUL!!!.. The pool was heated.. the staff even turned it up a bit..we were swimming at 8:30am... GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!

“BEAUTIFUL, charming, quiet setting.”

I live in Kissimmee, Florida and go away for many weekends. Always looking to stay at different locations in Florida so stayed in many hotels. This is one of the prettiest places i have stayed. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, cute balcony, and faced the canal. It had everything we needed. The motel is beautiful and the staff were very nice. Will defintely stay here again.

“Enjoyed our stay”

The Casa Loma Motel was very clean and we enjoyed our room and the view. It had a very big clean pool and pool area with an outside grill for cooking. The motel is convenitly located by lots of restaurants with easy access back to Fort Meyers. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. The price wasn't bad for the location and size of the property.

“Positive experience”

We enjoyed our hotel stay and had a great view on the hotel pool and the canal. The rooms were clean and quiet (some rooms face the busy street, so I don't know if that's always the case) and the beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the little kitchen. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance.

“More than was expected;”

A very clean, centrally located , well equipped efficiency. Nice pool, and nice view of the canal from our room, and from the Tiki Hut covered deck.

“Nice Stay!”

After reading some reviews I was a little bit nervous, but having a room with a balcony looking at the water was nice. Every one was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice area outside to sit, and a pool.

“A Surprise Package!”

The Casa Loma on the Waterfront was a wonderful surprise for us. The view of the channel was very nice. The private balcony was a real treat for us. Romantic, quiet setting. Away from the busy street in the front of the hotel. No elevator, but only two floors, so that wasn't an issue. We were given the names of several places to eat and tried them out. I won't recommend the restaurant next door because of all the smoke from the people that were smoking outside. But the food was good. Our room also had a kitchette which was fully stocked with everything you needed to prepare a meal (minus the food). That was perfect for us since we could bring back left-overs; or make our own breakfast in the morning. The room had a nice little table with chairs and two large loungers along with a super comfortable bed. The pool was clean and well taken care of, as were the grounds. I would stay at this hotel again. Older place but worked perfectly for us.

The hotel is very quiet and a nice canal view. I like it very much and I'll be back for sure.

Very nice! We were very pleased with everything about the Motel, from the cleanliness of the room to the the patio overlooking the canal, bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. They had a small continental breakfast at the front desk but the motel was also within walking distance of Dunkin Donuts.

“Nice Motel”

We had a great time during our stay. The rooms are clean and quiet. The pool is nice. The staff friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.
