Its ok for a motel because it actually offers a kitchette w/ 2 burner stove top small fridge with freezer compartment. Nothing too crazy to make big meals. They say non-smoking rms but my rm smelled like smoke. Balcony is small best if you have a waterview. Clean towels, bed sheets and bathroom! Great helpful staff, across the street from restaurant/bar, near small public beach and plaza with theater movie .

Nice view terrible room

View of canal was nice. Room was in need of a serious cleaning. Microwave door was so sticky I would not touch it. Coffee pot was still dirty from the last person who used it, and dirty coffe filter still in it. Carpet needs a good cleaning was very dirty. I checked out early.

You Get What You Pay For

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel/motel in Cape Coral. I expected a less than stellar facility and that's what I got. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the facility, as a whole, needs renovation which the management indicates is planned for the near future. So, while my ratings are low, I feel I did indeed get what I was willing to pay for.

got to the hotel the person at the desk could not find our reservation, then she did,then she said it wasn't prepaid.this was after she greeted another guest and told them that there reservation was not prepaid and the lady told her she needed to check again because it was paid.so she now has two guests in front of her and not real happy while she takes a 5 minute phone call from someone wanting to know if they must have all papers completed before their shift in the morning. finally in the room went to wash my hands and the knob that turns the water on is laying beside the sink.i go to the front desk and took the knob with me and she tells me she didn't think it was broken earlier, then she finds a work order stating the knob was broke. I ask if maintenance could fix it , she says he is done for the day, then offered us another room. rooms are large and the private patio is a plus, but the lack of professionalism needs attention.
