Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and patio were clean. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: The bathrooms are ready to be updated. They were replacing tile and doors during our stay so it appears this is in progress.
Location: This hotel is conveniently located in Bell Tower shopping center. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants for dinner each evening.
We had a good experience at this hotel. It's conveniently located, reasonably priced and the rooms were quiet. The hotel restaurant, Slammin' Joe's, had a great fish fry and live entertainment. The pool was nicely maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: The carpers in the rooms were disgusting
Location: It was directly across from a mall.
The rooms were very small and not clean. We stayed on the fifth floor which is supposed to be the best. We are not going to stay at this hotel again nor ant other I'm the chain. Our second day the made didn't even put clean towels in our room and she removed the used ones. We checked out without even showering.

Pros: Service, ammenities.
Cons: Distance to airport.
Pleased with the overall experience: great service & friendly staff upon check-in and beyond; a lot of extra 'perks' that you wouldn't get at most hotels in this price-range including the 5th floor which is a secure-card facility with complimentary snacks and has a cash-bar; great location for shopping, restaurants. However if you're going to the airport, it's 15-20mins away and their shuttle bus only takes 'corporate' teams to/from the airport.

Pool area was very well kept. Service on the 5 th floor was friendly and very enjoyable food was great.Service at the main floor buffet breakfast was not that good eggs were cold toaster was not working all that well,waitress not very friendly

Pros: Great bed and pillows. Nice breakfast buffet until 10 a.m.
Cons: Small bathroom w/poor lighting.
Really great staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows.Convenient to shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Pros: Swimming pool.
Cons: Tered decor
Location: Veryconvenient.
Carpets and decor very tired and worn. Very poor value for the price and far behind the standard of other hotel groups we use.
