“Excellent for the price. Very Clean”

We were not expecting much as this was the least expensive motel we could find in the area. We were plesantly surprised to find that our room, the bathroom, and sink areas were very clean. We did not have shampoo but since we had our own we did not check with the desk, it was probably available. Continental breakfast was included but we did not eat there.

“Sure beats the nearby outrageous hotel prices.”

There was a restaurant within walking distance, we strolled over to the restaurant- the beds were comfortable, shower good. Host was jovial. We would stay there again, for sure. So many hotels in this area are very pricey. This one was a good rate for a good room.

The owner was courteous hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless. The room rate was competitive.

“Not impressed”

Not happy with the maintenance of this hotel. The bathtub was dirty and broken, toilet did not flush; switch light did not work. I had to change rooms.

“Too bad, so sad”

Expected more for the money. They were taking advantage of being the only motel with rooms available (the Red Sox were in town, I think).

“Pass on this one”

We had to change rooms twice. The first room was very musty. The second room had a broken bed. The hotel was accomodating with the room changes.

“Horrible experience”

This hotel is horrible. I chose it because it had a 3+ rating on Expedia, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. When I got there, the carpets were slightly sticky when walking on them, telling you that it wasn't kept clean at all. The white towels were disgustingly NOT white and had stains on them. One towel also had a long hair on it. The sink was cracked near the drain and somewhat rusty. The shower looked like it had gone moldy and instead of cleaning it, they just covered it with caulking. The hot water flow was low and not very hot. I asked for an iron and what they gave me was a broken one that leaked, no ironing board either. I would NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge ever again.

“Bad”

It was dirty. We had to stay there because we had a dog. Our dog was cleaner than the room. We had to put throw rugs down so our dog had a clean place to lay down. After walking around on the floor before we took a shower, the bottom of the tub turned black with the dirt off our feet. JW
