Clean rooms. Close to airport .great place to stay

First stay here & I would most diffently return! Enjoyed the Profesionalism of the Front desk Staff and their courtesy also. Breakfast was a great bonus! Keep up the Great Work Floridian Staff!

Interior is being remodeled; the rooms have been completed and are very nice. The lobby is currently being remodeled. Very comfortable bed and rooms are quiet. Refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, wireless internet. Nice outdoor pool and spa area. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall this was a fine hotel and I'd stay there again if the price was right. Hotel was under renovation while I was there. I assume it will be much nicer for future travellers than it was when I stayed there. I guess I shouldn't complain,but if I had known I would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was decent - fresh waffles are always fun. Water pressure could have been a little higher.

Even though the hotel was being upgraded when we stayed there, it was quiet, clean and the staff was courteous. It was just what we needed close to the airport but quiet.

There was construction happening but that didn't bother us, they avoided any time of day when it might have. Location was very handy for freeway, spring training ball parks and the airport yet no airport noise. Staff was very helpful in offering directions and providing transportation to and from the baseball park. We would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it was near the Ft Myers airport and offered a shuttle service to the airport; every hour on the hour. The staff is young and mostly inexperienced, which was a surprise for this area of Florida. It was difficult to receive information and be waited on in a timely manner, and this seemed as no consequence to this staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was clean even through it was undergoing a renovation.

The hotel was under significant reconstruction. Reception desk and breakfast area used folding tables. Lots of bare drywall in lobby area. The room was small and clean, had microwave and frig. Beds very comfortable for a person who has problems sleeping. The hotel will be be very nice when construction is completed. Took room here knowing about the construction because it was the cheapest one available at the time. I would stay here again.

I thought this hotel was overpriced.

At the time they were remodeling ......and updating since they will be turning into a Sheraton this year.
