Very nice place to stay for the price. On the beach and south end of beach so less traffic. Pool was clean and very warm. King size beds were very comfortable.

“Gorgeous beachfront condominium!!!!!”

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights for our anniversary. The place is beautiful! Our room was very clean and organized. They provide you with just about everything you need (except paper towels; we found this out in the midst of a cooking fiasco!) such as pots, pans, skillets, a blender, food processor, toaster, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, tea kettle, beach towels, hair dryer, etc. Nice big flat panel TV with satellite. The beds were very comfortable. You do hear other guests above and near you when they close doors but it's not really a problem. We were surprised to see hardwood floors throughout, which made it really nice! We had a partial beach view room which was still beautiful. Big lanai with a table and chairs and a lounger. The beach is fantastic! Fort Myers Beach tends to have not as nice sand and is very crowded (especially over St. Patrick's Day weekend and spring break like we found out.) But this hotel sits on a private beach so only hotel guests can use it. There are multiple hotels but it doesn't feel crowded at all. You can rent a cabana for $20 a day, which we did. Very nice staff all around. The manager lives on site and posts his phone number on the office door so if you have a problem you can call him anytime. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We would definitely stay here again, except I hope next time we can stay longer!

Only thing I thought was missimg was a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and shampoo in the bathroom.

Had a great time. Didn't expect the room to be so large and clean. Right on the beach and close to everything.

“the Amazing view”

A few friends and I needed a great vacation getaway from Wisconsin and boy did we have a blast. We wanted a relaxing getaway, and easy access to some late night fun. The rooms were clean and hallways between rooms and floors were all open...which gave everyone a great view from any floor. Loved the full kitchen, so we could cook most meals, bring an extra frying pan if you can, and measuring cups if you need them, also salt and pepper. Also really enjoyed the XM radio so we didn't need cd's or an ipod. Everything was very clean, no bugs, no spiders, or even lizards were spotted near the condo. By far the best part of the condo was the extremely large bed, and the amazing patio. We were lucky to get the sixth floor, and it was worth it. I booked two months ahead of time and still had trouble finding a beach patio, this was a treat with the large beach it was very quite most of the week. We left the patio door open at night and were not disturbed. The sunsets were mind blowing we ate dinner on the patio almost every night so we could all enjoy the sunsets. Even though there was lots of wind on the beach the patios were screened and wind was not an issue.

This is one of the best beach hotels I have ever stayed at. the management is extremeely helpful and even called before we arrived to see if we needed anything. Rooms are clean and well furnished, including kitchen necessities. We wiil definitely stay here again. .

“Fantastic Value with down home feel”

Fantastic value. I was pleasantly surprised when I booked my reservation through expedia and an hour later received a phone call welcoming me to this hotel. They provided me with great directions from the airport and Ken, his wife and daughter were there to answer every question I had. This is a non-houskeeping hotel but they provided us with enough linens for our entire stay. Very comfortable beds and a view from your room that is incredible. The pool is very nice and plenty of parking. They are located on the biggest section of beach on Fort Myers. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
