Pros: Hank at the front desk was warm friendly and helpful . The bed was incredibly comfortable.

My family and I spent 4 nights. We were in town, sadly, for a funeral. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was perfect, with plenty of hot and cold options for all taste. We will stay there again, hopefully under better circumstances.

Hotel is not in a scenic location but fantastic value for money. Room was clean and tidy with breakfast and WiFi included. It was an easy drive down to Sanibel Island and back. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Could not fault it for the price.

I can't say that the overnight stay in the Hampton Cape Coral/Ft.Myers was unpleasant. However, I have stayed in better. The overall quality of the rooms is not as nice as some. They were installing new carpeting and working on the breakfast area so I am sure the hotel is doing all they can to improve. They did not offer complimentary bottled water as other Hampton's have in the past. But generally, I would stay there again and it was certainly a reasonable price for night. I asked for a receipt and the young lady told me they couldn't give me one since I had booked the stay on Expedia. I know that others have happily supplied me with a receipt showing that I had actually spent the night there. All minor details but these small matters do impact the reaction a traveler has on the hotel experience.

Nice hotel, close to everything in the area

Pros: The location, the staff and the comfortable rooms.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very pleasant staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is very small, but it was to cool to use it. Very good breakfast.

the person at the desk ,said I could not use my coupon code there , that I have to notify Expedia of hotel booking of $100 or more . coupon code Mobile. if that is true ..thanks norm peterson

Pros: Very good breakfast.
Bath room light switch did not work properly. Once we got the lights to come on, we left them on all night. Carpeting in halls and elevator were filthy.

Hoping for more from Hampton

Pros: The location was convenient to our destinations.
Cons: The breakfast buffet could use improvement, as well as the staff. They were friendly but did not have all the answers seemed to be understaffed
Location: There were several and varied restaurants close to the area
Traveling from Naples to visit Sanibel Island. Was close to there and reasonably priced with the Hilton brand.

We spent two nights and enjoyed. So kind all staff and very clean.
