Jessie, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and kind during out stay. My husband has health issues and needed help with a few things. I observed he was that way with all your hotel guests. Joe does a great job with the staff. They seem to work well as a team.

Would stay again for sure
Hotel is nice. Good location to explore the area. The only negative, was there was a high school tournament in town. The first night had students running up and down the halls well past midnight. We complained multiple times. The next morning we spoke with the front desk and were assured if it happened again, the group would be removed. Next night, here we go again, until someone from the hotel yelled down the hallway to cease. We called to complain again. The good news is, the hotel manager personally called to assure us this would not happen again. Good news, it didn’t.

Don’t like the fact that they charged me when I checked in. Also they charged me for incidentals. Not appropriate. Alsi i am a single women. They put me in the very last room on the top floor. Not safe.

Our toilet would not flush room was hot and the a/c is old.. kept clicking on then off the staff was nice breakfast was ok not to great close to key west express which was nice , i think i might stay again however I would call for a better room as the hotel just reopened from the storm this place is located next to a super walmart kinda weird
