I loved the Harbour House and we will definitely be returning. The kitchen in the room was adorable, well stocked and the room was beautifully furnished and maintained.

Fabulous Quiet Condo Close to EverythingPosted Aug 13, 2014
Wow! We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath condo for a couple of days. It was clean and cheery and exceeded our expectations. Close enough to everything to be convenient and far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel in the heart of FMBPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Location was great. Separate bedroom was wonderful.
Cons: More parking. The parking space were very tall and many times the door was blocked by a column. A night shift at the front desk would be nice, too.
Location: It is near many restaurants, bars, a shops. It is right down the street from Times Square and the pier.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Room had a real fridge, microwave, range top, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom was nice to have. Our view was not great, but the hotel was close to Times Square and the heart of Fort Myers Beach. Many things were within a short walk. The pool is a little small, but the kids still enjoyed it.

Nice placePosted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Location Location Location. Close to everthing yet far enough away that you can get a good nights rest.
Location: There is plenty to do. You may run out of time before you get bored. Or you can hermit and enjoy peace and quiet.
This is was a romantic weekend getaway. The innkeeper at check in was great. Room was clean. We stayed in a studio and it was as advertised. The pillows sucked but that was it. Full fridge, coffee maker but no coffee, creamer or sugar, bring some with you and stove top. Basic kitchen utensils and cook ware. Plenty of storage for groceries. There is a propane grill available on the 3rd floor. Very good location, covered parking but be warned it is only one spot per room. Since most everything is within walkng distance I did not move my car once I checked in. That was great cause you can have a few drinks and not worry about having to drive. This is not a regular hotel. Don't go there thinking that. You have staff during the day and they are very helpful. But after 10 pm you are on your own. Yet they will bend over backwards to assist you as best they can. Smaller pool 3.5 ft deep good enough to cool off and play with kids.

Great property!Posted Jun 24, 2014
My wife & I have stayed in Ft Myers Beach 3 times now & will not be staying anywhere else! It's a great property, very clean, not too big or crowded, surrounded by good restaurants & bars & just a few blocks from the beach. We highly recommend it!

Overall, was very satisfied. Was a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub area was closed from 9:30pm to 8:00am

We were quite disappointedPosted Mar 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Although the location of Harbour House was perfect, there were many things that made our stay less than what we had hoped for. We arrived late on Sat. evening due to a delay in our flight. When we arrived no one was present in the lobby but a phone number was left which we could call. We tried the number numerous times and the phone would simply go dead on the 5th ring. We fortunately saw someone standing outside the hotel and they told us there was a number in the garage that we could call. Had those people not been there I don't know what we would have done for that night. They also told us there would be coffee available after 8:00 am. Two of the five mornings no coffee was available. When my husband inquired at the front desk the worker acted as if she was being put out to have to make the coffee. But the worst thing was the sofa which was a sleeper sofa. Our guess is that the parents slept in the bedroom and had their children sleep on the pull-out sofa. The child must have urinated on the bed as the room smelled just horribly of old urine. We spent very little time in the room but when we returned for the night we would always go to the bedroom and open the sliding door. It was very offensive. Overall, the room was quite clean but with the urine smell and staff often acting as if we were asking too much of them, we will never return to this facility and we will tell our friends to do the same.

Nicer than we expectedPosted Mar 5, 2014
We spent 4 nights here in Feb for spring training games and beach time. It was centrally located, easy to get to the beach, fun bars and restaurants. There were a couple noisy delivery trucks across the street early in the morning but that's the only negative.. It was clean and we loved having the kitchen facilities.
