Great location near the Florida Gulf Town Center and the Florida Gulf University. Good hotel, but felt like I was being nickle and dimed by the hotel when they charged me $4 dollars for two small bottles of water in the hotel room. Other hotels leave bottled water as a common courtesy. This was a real turn-off. I expect better from a Hilton hotel.

Nice stay except WiFi isn’t working and no one can seem to help me troubleshoot to get connected. No one’s fault but I expected with cost for all amenities to be exceptional.

Check-in took too long. Only one staff person for check-in. Needed two. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful including the person who checked me in. Hotel was nice.

The handicap bathroom .. room 301 flooded because they do not have coverage for the shower The shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor and water was everywhere . BAD

We're sorry about that. Our Housekeeper is looking to see if we can find a longer curtain.
the AC/heating unit had mold the whole room smelled like mold. We felt we only stayed 6 hours at the hotel.
I have videos and photos of the condition of the unit. I will report this hotel for inspection there is a health hazard for any person staying in this hotel. I would like to dispute the charges as well. worst experience ever

I had an awesome stay here! Everything & everyone was outstanding! A rating of 10 for sure from beginning to end! I would definitely stay here again! The front desk clerk Linda was exceptional. She was very helpful & friendly!

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the space in our suite along with the pool, gym and restaurants in walking distance. The only downfall was the very unfriendly staff who lacked customer service skills such as smiling and friendly responses. The first three people we encountered were not friendly and seemed put out by our presence. Finally after going to dinner and coming back we stopped for a drink and the bartender was very friendly and we really appreciated her. We had a 5:00 am shuttle ride set up to go to the airport and he was on time and friendly and helpful. However there was no one to be found at the front desk for checkout so I had to leave my key in the return key basket and hope that was how they wanted us to checkout. So that was an uneasy departure. It would have been an amazing experience to stay there if the staff was friendlier and more accessible.

Still my favorite place to stay. I come every year for the same golf tournament. The rooms are showing their age. I have been staying there for the last 8 years. Still a great stay.
