BILLING SUCKS

The hotel charged my card that I put for incidentals for the rooms on top of charging hotels.com that I had already paid. Then about four other random amounts that got charged over next few days in amounts of $70+ EACH charge. Equalling in amount over $700 for 2 rooms.

housekeeping staff are thieves

I had a good stay overall. The breakfast wasn't great but it was free do it saved a meal. Hotel was clean. The only problem was being a woman I over packed and I left a whole drawer full of new lingerie items with tags which were never found by housekeeping and I drove home so.... they checked my room and nooone found anything. I. was very upset but 1500 miles away what could I do...

Nice Stay

Although I only stayed for two days the service was excellent, rooms were clean, offered breakfast and it's located across the street from a shopping area as well which is nice.

Top-of-the-line Interstate Hotel

Great place to stay. However, when I asked if the pool was heated, I expected it to be when I jumped in. It wasn't. It's February. I gasped, much like when I saw what they charged for "in season" rates.

Pros: Everyone who works at the hotel was very helpful.
Cons: A/C unit on the 6th floor ran only high in my room. Also the hours for breakfast during the week would be nice if they were at least an hour longer.
Location: The hotel is located very close to a group of stores (Target, Dollar Store, Starbucks to name a few) which was very convenient.
I booked a six night stay ~ the first night the air conditioner in the room only ran on high, so it was either have cool air or a stuffy room. Placed a call to the front desk and someone came to the room immediately to try and regulate the air, to no avail. The next morning Ryan at the front desk changed us out to another room on another floor. Thank you Ryan!
