“Beautiful hotel---lots of shells right on the beach”

My husband and I were fist time visitors to Sanibel--this hotel is on the water and close to restaurants and shops. We were very pleased with our choice. We are planning to return again next year! The staff was very helpful and gave us some suggestions on places to see and excellent local restaurants. Great shelling right on the beach at the hotel.

IIf you want a casual, comfortable atmosphere on the beach, with a pool and pooside snack bar, this is it! This is not an ultra place, just a nice, clean spot.

Stayed 4 nights in Dec. 08 and was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Very beautiful setting along with being quiet, peaceful & very friendly.

This was our second time staying @ Holiday Inn Sanibel Island and it was even better than the first time. Grounds are well manicured and clean, as are the rooms. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything was spotless, from the pool area to the sidewalks and parking lot. Every morning they put a bunch of lounge chairs on the beach, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Definitely a nice place to stay, great location!

This is the second year we have gone to Holiday Inn Sanibel Island.We think it is great.Both years,we never even left the island.This place is a perfect relaxing place for us.Everything you need is here.The dining is great,too.Everybody is nice and helpful.We can't wait to go back.We tell everybody about this place.Love it,love it love it.

“Wonderful Stay”

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Sanibel Island. Check-in was very quick and the desk employee "very" friendly. Our room was kept clean. Every employee was friendly and respectful. The hotel was just a minutes walk to the beach. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

Everybody on the staff was great. Inside and outside was just great and beatiful. It was a very clean hotel. Had everything we needed for a great visit. Looking forward to when we go back Will stay here again in the future.

“just got back home”

this was our first trip to the island an we were pleasantly surprised. the hotel has to be the BEST holiday inn i've stayed at. the hotel staff was friendly an accomadating. i have a special thanks to lisa who got us set up for a night out on the town, lisa you went above an beyond. as for the tiki bar, bruce I WANT YOUR JOB, thank you for your kindness.

“Very Nice on a Modest Budget”

This was a lovely, conveniently located hotel. Quiet, very clean grounds. Pretty beach where you can walk forever. The only minor annoyance was the in-room air conditioner (as opposed to central air)--noisier than I would have liked but I got over it. Early June is a nice time of year to visit (most kids still in school, weather not sweltering).
