“Location, location, location!”

Great location: near the airport, but not next to it! However, next to affordable dining and great shopping. Loved the breakfast bar, as well as convenience of the shuttle. Will return next to this location as the need arises.

“would definetely go back”

The place was just what we wanted. The breakfast everday was excellent,full hot buffet breakfast @ monday thru thursday you had a meal at night if you wanted it. Never expected it to be as nice as it was.They went out of thier way to be helpful.

“Nice place to stay for a weekend.”

The suite we were assigned was on the back of the building and not as convenient as it could have been, especially since only about 30 people were in the entire hotel. The unit was musty smelling, not unusual for Florida.

“Great place to stay if you have to be in town for 3 or more nights.”

Great place to stay if you have to be in town for 3 or more nights. Covenient location. Big comfortable suite with lots of room (traveled with my wife and 2 young kids). Very comfortable beds. Dishwasher door was broken but we weren't using the kitchen very much. The free breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The kids loved the fish tank in the lobby.

“Terrible wi-fi connection in the rooms”

The hotel was fine enough. My room was clean, breakfast was decent. I was quite disappointed by the location, which was next to a shopping mall and not much else. I asked the front desk clerk to recommend a non chain for dinner and he could not do so, nor could he recommend a place to walk around that wasn't at the mall. Disappointing. When I checked in I was given the wi-fi password and told I would have a connection in my room. However I could not connect. When I was leaving I told the person and the front desk who said "Yes, many of the rooms don't have strong connections." I felt slightly mislead on this part. Overall, my stay was fine. I wouldn't stay there again but it was decent.

“Great but Check the room first.”

I called the hotel to advise of a late check in and to assure our King N/S Suite would be saved. I have really bad asthma and in the past, we have experienced them running out of smoke free rooms even though we had prepaid. They assured me we had a non smoking king suite, At check in, we went to our non smoking room to discover it reeked of smoke and had to advise the staff of such. She was just as nice as can be and got us a new room right away. It was smoke free and great except that the air was off and it took us an hour to reach a cool temp. Since we had called ahead for a late check in, sitting in the sauna was not a pleasant start to our stay. As for the smoking room, I have a hard time understanding why housekeeping would not have noticed this as it was really, really strong.
