The hotel staff was great and for an older hotel it was pretty clean.

“As Needed”

We were down there for both liesure and business. We wanted to get away from the 3 feet of snow back home and also in the market to purchase a home. Both were acomplished! Staff was very nice, hotel was cleanand enjoyable. Nice pool, although it was not warm enough to swim or wade in. Hotel was close to everything from dinning to beaches, shopping ect... Recommend!

“Good, comfortable and well maintained”

Contrary to other reviews, I was very satisfied with this motel. My room was in good condition and in the last year (I'd guess) had been renovated. In fact the whole motel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and informative. I found breakfast good for a motel continental breakfast. Packs of double muffins, pastries, fruit (in good condition) and coffee. The only down-side is that it's on a major road (the I41), with another smaller road at the back. However, the traffic didn't disturb me. It's in walking distance of both a small shopping area (including Best Buy, Books A Million and a restaurant) and ten-fifteen minutes walk to the Edison Mall and restaurants. There's a separate bar, plus juice bar in between the motel and the I41. There are a few food places including Mel's Diner across the I41. Downtown Ft Myers is five-ten minutes drive North, however beaches are a fair distance.

“Good bang for the buck”

Hotel is around alot of places to eat. The drive to the beaches is any where from 10 min to 30 min depending on the traffic onto the islands. Room was clean. Not a bad place to stay if you are looking to save some cash.

“will never return!!!”

This was the worst experience I have ever had...I was on business and had to cancel my meetings the next day because I was unable to sleep due to the terrible conditions of the room and the noise from the other guests. I contacted the front desk many times to have them take care of the noise but nothing was ever done. I finally checked out at 12am and drove 3 hours back to my house. I will never again stay there. I suggest that anyone else considering staying at this hotel changes their plans....

“Great Location”

This is the most reasonably priced hotel within just a few miles of Sanibel Island. We've stayed here 3 years in a row!

“Good value”

Not exactly the Hilton, but a quality stay for the price. All my requests were met and I found the management to be very helpful, in general. Would definitely recommend.

excelent hotel good rooms for a good price. they had a welcome letter for me that it was very nice, they have a small continental breakfast, and pool.

nice cheep hotel great if you plan on spending your days on the beach.rooms are neat and clean but if your someone who doesn't like simple or plan to spend a lot of time in your room might want to spend more money.for the price cant beat it.

“Good for the weekend”

The hotel was clean and easy to find. It was not somewhere I would want to spend my whole day, but it was good for sleeping and I felt safe. The breakfast area was a little small, so get there early.
