“Hotel Service”

The LQ Team was wonderful. I was able to check in early. I had an overnight flight from DEN to RSW and the ability to check in early was wonderful. The Hotel was clean and comfortable and that's all I needed for a 1 night stay.

“Excellent location!”

Excellent location. Hammond Stadium, airport and restaurants very close. Ft. Meyers Beach about 30 minutes away. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very good.

“Naples 2010”

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean, and friendly. I used the business center and everything worked as expected, unlike other hotel centers. The breakfast was great. I just wish we'd known in advance how extensive it would be. We did not allow ourselves sufficient time to enjoy everything that was offered.

“Excellent customer service”

When I first called to let the hotel know I would be late, the attendent was very personable. Later, I called for directions, and Ron (a different attendent) was great with helping us, and again, very personable. We had a minor problem with our room key not working the first time, and he came right up to the room with us to make sure we could get in ok. The only negative comment I have is that I may have had trouble locating the hotel without directions, as the sign was difficult to see from the road, or maybe that's just because we checked in at 1:00am. LOL

Great place! Manager [Sandy] very helpful right from the "Get Go"-even Googled me a map to get me driving directions and great hot breakfast to get me on my way! when I come to Ft Myers again I'll be back. Thanks for a nice 3 nights.

“Would go back”

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The property is well maintained. Nice pool and hottub. The breakfast is more extensive than I expected. Everything was clean. Easy access to I-75, groceries, restaurants and shopping.
