Excellent hotel not to far from the beach!

Posted Sep 21, 2014
I loved this hotel a lot! Could had not made a better choice for this price! The room and bathroom are quite spacious, beds are very comfortable. I was surprised of how clean the hotel room was kept everyday! The room had 2 double beds, TV, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and a coffee maker, big pool and a jacuzzi outside, gym, table tennis, laundry room, big parking lot. It took about 10-15 in the car to get to Fort Myers beach or Sanibel. I really enjoyed my 2 weeks stay in there, If I was to go again I'd pick the same place to stay :)

Nice hotel close to several beaches.

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Good location, close to many attractions.
Location: Close to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers beach.
Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is central to loads of beaches at a fraction of the cost of being on Sanibel Island. Hotel is clean and the Staff was very helpful. Will definitely stop there again.

Good location, however, mold/mildew smell

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Good location, close to Sanibel/Captiva and Fort Myers Beach and Outlets across the street.
There was a very strong mold/mildew smell upon arrival (went to store and bought air fresheners). Staff took off some money for 1st night stay, however, no rooms available to move to and did not address the smell issue. There was also mold on the bathroom door which was painted over by maintenance after informing staff (this does not address the problem, just covers it up).

Problems, problems

Posted Sep 1, 2014
I did not stay after all because the first room had little ants crawling all over the dresser. They offered to spray, but there's no way I could stay in that room with spray. The 2nd room- very smoky and stale smelling. I am allergic to tobacco. I left. The young woman at the desk was very nice though (Noelle) and it wasn't her fault their rooms were not up to par

Very good close to Sanibel

Excellent and very friendly staff. Loved the proximity to the Sanibel Island bridge. Has gas station next door and very near places to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
