“Great location, comfortable, good value”

Great location - within 5 minutes walk to the beach, pier, bars, and restaurants. Beautiful grounds and great view. Friendly staff. Large comfortable room - nothing fancy and bathroom is a bit outdated but very clean. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice and I imagine it would be a nice marina if you have a boat. Overall, great value.

Was okay. Hot water ran out after one shower, other than that it was good.

older motel but the restaurant was great. Wife and I had the best N.Y. Strip steak ever. Better then Burns!!

“Fair at best”

We were in a "cottage" so I do not know if the rooms are better- needed a lot of TLC. Badly stained carpet, filthy grout, 3 pillows and 2 bath towels for a place rented for 4. Bathroom- toilet clogged almost every time anyone used it. Tub faucet stuck out from the wall about an inch... OLD tub and surround. Kitchen was fine, fridge was very clean, stove was not. Bed fair at best on comfort, kids slept on the pull out couch, so didn't expect great things, so not too surprised it wasn't great but don't think an adult could deal with it. Suprisingly, it's right next to the bridge, but very quiet, and the location is great for walking to plenty of local restaurants, shopping and the beach.
