“Fantastic vacation in Fort Myers”

This was our first trip to Fort Myers Beach and our first time using Expedia. A friend told us to pick a resort based on customer reviews and that's exactly what we did. We are grateful for that advice and we couldn't have been happier with Point Estero and our whole trip in general. The condo was spacious and clean, the patios and views were gorgeous, the pool was fantastic. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient to have. The front desk staff were excellent and were able to give us insight into local attractions you wouldn't necessarily find as a visitor. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Would highly recommend taking a dolphin tour on waverunners-it was the highlight of our trip. There are so many fantastic places to eat as well. This was by far our best vacation yet and we plan to go back to Point Estero again next year. Our kids, ages 15 and 12, were never bored and can't wait to go back again!

“perfect honeymoon”

We spent our honeymoon in a 2 bedroom beachfront. It was perfect! It was so clean and convenient. We went to the grocery store our first day there and cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo or on the grill every day. We also thought the trolley was really convenient. Charley's was a nice place for dinner and the sunset cruise from The Fish House was awesome! Cabascas and Mantanzas were our other favorite restaurants. We definately hope to make it back for anniversarys and we plan on staying at pointe esterro.

“Loved It”

This place was fabulous. The best vacation my husband and I have taken in a long time. Everything was top shelf. Private beach that was groomed everyday. If you want a luxious relaxing vacation, this is the place to go.

“Didn't want to leave!”

Would definitely go back to this hotel! Our family - me, my husband, and three boys, 24,21 and 18 all had a great time! The room was great - beach was wonderful - big beach! Pool was fantastic. Everything was clean - had a problem with our garbage disposal but they fixed it right away. Glad we rented a van - went to the Publix to shop and drove up to the north part of Ft Myers Beach a lot - good little shops and great atmosphere. Weather was hot! and so was the gulf water - but still enjoyed it. Totally relaxing time! The staff was wonderful - very accommodating and friendly.

“Clean, friendly”

Out family of four (two teenagers) booked the trip the day we left, got a great rate for the Christmas holiday season, and were very pleased with the accomodations. We had a two bedroom unit, with two bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen and beautiful view of the beach. The unit was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The pool and hot tub are rather small, but well maintained and the beach is incredible-great for swimming and long walks. The restaurants in the area were the most disappointing-those that are individually owned were expensive with substandard quality and service. The best quality and value were at the chains such as Carrabbas and the Outback, found on Highway 41 towards Naples (a few minutes away by car). For a relaxed holiday, for those who like the beach or don't mind travelling for activities, and for families who like the option to eat some meals in, it is great choice.

“Excellent hotel on biggest section of the beach”

We loved our stay. The view from the room was perfect to watch the sunset every evening. It was like staying at a luxury condo.

“Home away from home”

Clean, very spacious, perfect for families or couples.Publix is minutes away so you can stock up on food and beer.great views out of the doors and windows.clean propane grills are nice if you want to cook some burgers.very quiet.my only complaint was the gulf is not blue in this section of florida because of the marshes.
