Great accomodations. Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful. So convenient to Sanibel and other beaches. We will be back.

The hotel and suite were perfect for our needs: good location, 2 room suite, hot breakfast, full kitchen. The only comment I would make about cleanliness is that I noticed the carpet was not swept the entire week of our stay.

Our rooms were fantastic and the staff was excellent. Convenient access to San Carlos Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I have stayed in many hotels in last 2 to 3 years in FT Myers, I found this facility to be very well maintained for the most part and staff is very friendly and professional. Towels could be a little better in quality and cleaning could be a notch more thorough specially in bathrooms and sink area. so far I grade this property # 1 especially for the price I paid.

Always a well maintained hotel, good choices on breakfast, room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. A good value for the area.

“Good choice for day trip”

We stayed here the night before visiting Sanibel Island. It is less than 5 minutes to the bridge to the island so we were on the beach in about 20 minutes. Knowing nothing before we came it turned out to be a fortunate selection. The hotel is very nice: clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent accommodations (a 2-bedroom suite). Staff was very hospitable; free wi-fi and a really good casual breakfast buffet were included. Sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.

“Cannot wait to go back”

My husband and I had a great time... The hotel was clean. Room was outstanding. the breakfast was terrific.. Three nights the hotel had a nice meal in the front lobby. The hotel was in an area close to sanibal islands, Fort Myers beach, Naples, Porta Gorda. We rode our bicycles at Sanibal Island.. I cannot wait to go back..

“Don't make your stay too short, lots to enjoy.”

This doesn't happen too often but the hotel was nicer than the online photos. It was neat and clean. Our room was spacious. The Art Deco decor was a nice departure from the typical hotel look. Unfortunately our stay was very short so we were not able to enjoy all this hotel had to offer. The only down side was that the outdoor view was lacking. Even though the landscaping was well done, it was minimal. I would have liked to see larger palm trees and lush vegetation surrounding the hotel.

Queen suite, well maintained. Breakfast was very good, manager's nightly get together also very good. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

“Excellent winter get away”

Great week away from the snow. My husband, myself and another couple shared a two bedroom two bath, split floor plan. Plenty of privacy. Great king size beds and breakfast is included. Hotel staff was great, very convient to shopping, food store, restaurant, hoagie shop,hair salon,just across the parking lot. Sanabel Island is only 1 mile away. Will very likely go back,
