“Would 100% go back.”
I would definitely come back. The rooms were large and the kitchenette was great. The daily breakfast was very good (sausage and eggs included). Locations was phenomenal for Sanibel/Captiva and the surrounding cities.Only negative was a weird smell in our bathroom that we could not figure out. Otherwise A+.
“Best facilty for all visitors business or pleasure”
I have stayed in many hotels in last 2 to 3 years in FT Myers, I found this facility to be very well maintained for the most part and staff is very friendly and professional. Towels could be a little better in quality and cleaning could be a notch more thorough specially in bathrooms and sink area. so far I grade this property # 1 especially for the price I paid.
“Good choice for day trip”
We stayed here the night before visiting Sanibel Island. It is less than 5 minutes to the bridge to the island so we were on the beach in about 20 minutes. Knowing nothing before we came it turned out to be a fortunate selection. The hotel is very nice: clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent accommodations (a 2-bedroom suite). Staff was very hospitable; free wi-fi and a really good casual breakfast buffet were included. Sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.
“Nice time”
Always a well maintained hotel, good choices on breakfast, room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. A good value for the area.
“nice hotel, poor service”
hotel is very nice. nice lobby, rooms are very nice.the lobby is very noisy and at check- in we could barely hear the front desk clerk because the manager was talking with old friends, she could of taken them into her office to visit. after 4 days our room wasn't vacuumed or floors cleaned. the carpet had sand on them and the bathroom had hair and powder on them. when we complained they did come and totally cleaned the room. the breakfast and suppers were nice. the crew are very hard workers in the kitchen area. the staff at the front desk are nice and helpful.bed are very comfortable. close to sanubel and fort myers beach. across the street from Tanger outlet.pool area is nice also.the farmers market at Lakes Park on Fridays is very nice as well as the big flea market on mlk drive. we wish we knew that if you ask at the front desk they have chairs, sand pails, noodles for the pool to borrow that guest have left behind.
“Cannot wait to go back”
My husband and I had a great time... The hotel was clean. Room was outstanding. the breakfast was terrific.. Three nights the hotel had a nice meal in the front lobby. The hotel was in an area close to sanibal islands, Fort Myers beach, Naples, Porta Gorda. We rode our bicycles at Sanibal Island.. I cannot wait to go back..
“Great Hotel”
We stayed for 8 nights and the hotel was terrific. The staff were excellent, the room was large and spotless. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Great hotel by Sanibel Island without Sanibel Island price!”
Friendly staff. Great free breakfast. Could not use my Marriott Rewards number since I booked through Expedia, but they did upgrade me to a suite with a balcony instead. Also, offered my wife and I an umbrella when we were dressed up and heading out to a nice dinner while it was pouring outside. Extremely nice od them. If we go back to Sanibel, we're definitely staying here again!
“More Than Just a Great Location”
This is one of the most beautifully decorated hotels I've visited. Our suite was very clean and was tastefully and comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast included a great selection of both hot and cold items. The location provides easy access to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva, and is close to many shops and restaurants including a plaza next door with a Publix, and Tanger Outlets across the street. If you enjoy nature, be sure to visit Bunche Beach which is just around the corner. At sunset you will see a variety of birds and the water recedes so you can walk out for a good distance. I have stayed at three other hotels in the Sanibel Causeway area and Residence Inn is the best.
“Great location for beaches”
Great location in betwen the beaches. There is a Publix located right next store as well as a resturant and 7-11 store. Across the street is an Outlet mall :). Will definately visit again!
